As the title really, any diet/non-diet welcome. I love these sorts of things as i'm always interested nosey in what people are eating Smile

B - Beans, toast, poached eggs
L - chicken tikka Subway with loads of salad, wasn't planned but was shopping with a friend and got hungry
D - low fat sausages with mashed potato and broc, cauli, carrots and peas
3 x kitkats Blush throughout the day

Protein flakes and skimmed milk for breakfast. Lentil dhal for lunch and a few blueberries. Will be having chicken and vegetables for dinner at about 8.30. A few cups of tea and too much diluted squash.

Scrambled egg on one wholemeal slice of toast
Cheese and ham toastie
Ice cream
Baked ham, saute potatoes, carrots, cauliflower, brocolli and cheese sause
Mini dairy milk
Not so good. Need more fruit and veg.

4 chocolate digestives
2 pieces of cheese
Roast guinea fowl with roast potatoes, carrots, broccoli and French beans
1 cup black coffee
1 glass prune juice
Several glasses water

Not great overall but dinner was good so am giving myself a pass on the rest Grin

Not enough, but weigh in is tomorrow and there was rugby yesterday Blush
Late breakfast = smoothie (banana, blackberries, nectarine, koko milk, strawberry yogurt)
Snack = snack a jack caramel
Dinner = 2 x poached eggs on a buttered bagel

Lots of cups of tea.

I'm maintaining not loosing weight.

Today's been rubbish!

No time for breakfast.

Chocolate tiffin lazy day brand in the car around lunchtime

Chips, sweet potato pakora and chickpeas - tesco own brand and mixed green beans with chippa ketchup and mayo

Red stag cherry liqueur

Onion bhajis - tesco mini ones (6) rice and tofu dipping sauce homemade

Probably some beetroot chocolate cake, coffee and more cherry liqueur.

Rubbish day.

Today's planned menu is
Weetabix and banana
Chicken salad with feta sweet corn and salad dressing with Kitkat
Dinner is chicken in a tomato sauce with green beans and peas

Manager has brought me in some cherry cake too Hmm

Yesterday I just picked all day can't remember really. Wasn't feeling well enough for a meal.

Still feel like shite but plan is

Breakfast: two mugs hot black current squash (really couldn't face food when I woke up thought I was going to vomit)
Lunch: gnocci with tomato and chilli sauce (homemade) and Mozarella
Dinner: paneer and pea curry with a bit of rice.

Will have to do about 5 miles walking today as need to do site visits and stuff for work. Snore.

Yup, every Monday and most Thursdays.
No food until supper and then 400 calories of nutrient densse vegetables and protein.
Been doing it for over 3 years.

breakfast = very large coffee and a pink lady
HIIT work out at the gym
Lunch = turkey breast, egg bagel
snack = handful almonds and a large coffee
Dinner = smoked salmon fillet with broccoli
before bed = Green tea

Im on a diet and need/want to lose 2 1/2 - 3 stone for my holibobs nxt May

No breakfast
Leftover sausage casserole, apple, eat natural bar for lunch.
More leftover casserole with a couple of thins for dinner.

lots of some jaffa cakes

Trying to lose 3 stone that I've put on over the last 3 years.

breakfast = one bowl of bran and nut cereal
lunch = nothing
dinner = plate of arrabiata pasta
snack = 2 packets of crisps from a multipack
snack = 2 pieces of terry's orange
i'm hungry now but that's all the food i can have for today.

L- left over curry and rice (shock horror reheated rice) from last night.
D - will be bubble and squeak and beans.

Breakfast - Two slices of granary toast with peanut butter, handful blueberries, banana & cup of tea
Snack - cocoa orange nakd bar
Lunch - Two rice cakes with mashed avocado, cold roast chicken and salad of peppers, cucumber and balsamic roasted cherry tomatoes
Dinner - will be fish pie and greens

snack - tub of cottage cheese
D - will be smallest chicken feast pizza from dominoes and two of their irresistible hot gooey cookies

A coffee with almond milk and 2 teaspoons for agave syrup for breakfast

A protein bar for mid morning snack

Homemade vegetable yellow curry over courgette and carrot noodles for lunch

More curry and veg noodles for dinner

Two hard boiled eggs for a snack before bed

Homemade gluten free granola - ground nuts, seeds, linseeds, dates and coconut with chopped banana, real maple and little coconut milk

hummus, buckwheat cracker

chilli chicken with salad

little dark choc with raspberries, banana chips

blitzed cherries, blueberries, raspberries, banana and nectarine

Have lost a stone since June.

Two slices seeded brown toast with butter and greengage jam (really nice).
Costa chilli mix nuts with a black decaf coffee
Small packet of fizzy sweets after food shopping
Feta, beetroot, pomegranate, kale, leek, runner bean, roast squash, chickpea, courgette, red onion, lemon and parsley cous cous that I made a huge vat of yesterday when the veg box came
A clementine
More cous cous with a grilled salmon fillet for dinner
Probably several custard creams with a cup of tea when friends pop round later.

I'm been at my target weight for a few months now and basically aiming to be mainly sensible.

Breakfast = 2 pints of tea
Lunch = fried trout filled with scrambled egg, brioche and tomatoes
and more tea
supper with be something involving chicken and tomatoes in the oven

B= Turkey muffins
L= build up bagel
S= 10 cocktail sausages (very naughty and unhealthy)
D= spicy Turkey mince with broccoli
2 large cups of coffee through out the day
