As the title really, any diet/non-diet welcome. I love these sorts of things as i'm always interested nosey in what people are eating 
B - Beans, toast, poached eggs
L - chicken tikka Subway with loads of salad, wasn't planned but was shopping with a friend and got hungry
D - low fat sausages with mashed potato and broc, cauli, carrots and peas
3 x kitkats
