As the title really, any diet/non-diet welcome. I love these sorts of things as i'm always interested nosey in what people are eating Smile

B - Beans, toast, poached eggs
L - chicken tikka Subway with loads of salad, wasn't planned but was shopping with a friend and got hungry
D - low fat sausages with mashed potato and broc, cauli, carrots and peas
3 x kitkats Blush throughout the day

B - Weetabix and banana
L - Chicken salad and apple
D - Chicken and green beans, peas, pesto and a sprinkling of cheese
S - 10g popcorn and galaxy duet bar

Hi emz449,
Yes, I am doing a very loose version of it. Roughly sticking to his meal plan but if I cheat I'm not going to beat myself up.

Have you done it? Or familiar with it?

i've looked into it and downloaded the 7 day plan but i don't think it's for me, it's quit pricey and seems to involve a lot of cooking which i don't really have time for. The results do look fantastic though!

L - sushi
S - cottage cheese, grapes, chewy cereal bar
D - pasta with Philadelphia, Parmesan and rocket and spinach leaves

B. Ground almond and pumpkin seeds 2 small apples, 3 figs, whole lemon, apple juice and water smoothie, I eat it until I feel full then leave half of it for the next day

snack, cup of herbal tea glass of filtered water

L. Salmon, hard boiled egg, onion, chicory salad with a pnut butter, olive oil lemon dressing.

Snack, 3 pieces dark mint choc.
cup of chicory coffee with molasses

S|D Beetroot soup and an artichoke with the above dressing

I'm maintaining my nearly 3 stone weight loss on the Paul Mackenna way of eating. I give you yesterdays' Grin I also drink filtered water before a meal.

Yesterday:

Breakfast - Fage greek yoghurt w/ banana, pear, blueberries and a few frozen raspberries, with a tsp of honey
(Missed lunch due to awkward interview timing)
Snack - Dried mango, cocoa orange nakd bar and an iced coffee
Dinner - Quorn, broccoli, peppers and onions stir fried in soy sauce and chilli, homemade potato wedges and some avocado
Evening - mini mint magnum and a few quality street Blush

Unintentionally a very sugary day yesterday! Would never usually eat that amount of fruit but was using it all up before it went off.

Breakfast - 2 fried eggs with homemade salsa and 2 cups of coffee w full fat milk
Lunch - peanuts, sunflower seeds and cucumber, green apple (impromptu picnic and didn't want to eat white carbs)
Snack - babybell cheese
Dinner - prawns in garlic butter, broccoli and red peppers with blue cheese dressing
And - almost a bottle of white wine - I think dh had one glassBlush
Lots of water
Actually i think this was a good day!

B - Two poached eggs on toast
L - Chicken Salad and 10g popcorn
S - snacksize twix
D - gammon, peas, swede chips
chocolate bar in evening, need to break my chocolate fix after meals!

Saturday

B - porridge with milk, sugar, dried fruit; coffee with milk and sugar; small bottle innocent smoothie; about a pint of water
L - tuna and cucumber sandwich, chocolate milk drink; water
S - BLT, chewy chocolate cereal bar, water
D - will be a Thai curry and some wine!

B: two slices seeded sunflower toast with sundried tomato pesto, two soft-boiled eggs and raw spinach

L: beige nibbles (chicken nuggets, mini spring rolls etc) at school, as I was helping out with open day.

Have just been to the gym and I'm starving but lunch was so unhealthy that I need to save myself for dinner!

B- proats- choc protein powder, oats, coconut, almond milk
Tea skimmed milk
L- miso soup, pret crayfish avocado salad
S- 300g raspberries, heck chicken sausage (husband left over from lunch)
D- turkey and veg stir fry
Total 0% yog with cinnamon and sugarfree caramel syrup
Options hot chocolate and a miniature bar green and blacks choc

1340 calories so a bit over plan but went to gym and shopping so hopefully ok
