I am starting his Wednesday and need a support thread for his specific diet.

Otherwise I shall ramble on to myself here.

Not doing Cambridge but am following slim and save which is very similar so just wanted to say good luck! It's the best thing I've ever done - have lost 7st since June last year, about a stone to go and I'll be at goal. I know people can be a bit sneery about vlcd but it's worked for me!

SoleSource · 01/03/2015 16:30

Great Whatevertheweather

Your goal is so near now

Thank you for you encouraging words.

7st gone is amazing

You must feel fabulous!
Thanks for you.

ss+ day 5. Having mushroom soup. I'm a coeliac so limited on what products I can lose. Really hope I can do this. My first weigh in on Tuesday :)

SoleSource · 01/03/2015 20:46

SoleSource SS+ is similar to SS but you can have either a meal a day or 200ml of skimmed milk, I opted for the milk for my coffee. Weigh in this afternoon for me x

Because I have a BMI of over 50, the Consultant needs a GP signature on the form.

I was informed that this rule had changed. Rule has changed for BMI up to 49 no signature now needed.

I have tried to get appointment with GP since Friday, no can do.

The Consultant is IMO under the impression that the reason I was passed off that I need to get a Dr signature is because I have medical issues preventing me from doing the diet!

Not true all. I am passed off because I can't get an appointment. She has patronised me of this too much, telling me the raps I need to get a Dr signature and that she was under the impression I wanted her to end the rules.

I will find another Consultant.

So difficult to find a sane one.

Pissed not passed

Rules not raps

Bend not end
Ffs

I feel so angry and frustrated

Aww I'm so sorry to hear that hun. I spoke to 2 other consultants before I started with this one because I didn't like them/their attitude. Mine has just been and I've lost 5lb :)

SoleSource · 03/03/2015 17:12

Lily 5lb off is bloody great, just shows me how great this diet is x

How's about you buy a house brick from Wickes and shove it in your garden for each 5lb you lose?

CharlesRyder · 03/03/2015 17:21

Sole why don't you do Exante and then you don't need a consultant? Cheaper too? Or do you feel the need for the support from a consultant?

SoleSource · 03/03/2015 17:26

I need support, accountability.

Difficult mission to find her/him.

Thanks. I know we shouldn't weigh in between but I weighed this morning and scales now say I've gained 1lb in 2 days. Not happy today. I'm doing everything right. Not eaten anything apart from my 3 products and drinking my water Angry
