Started Exante today! Anyone else on it?

Well if had my first shake and it wasn't too bad. I'm on 3 packs a day and want to loose at least 2 stone.

Who else has done it? How fast did the weight come off?

Any tips?

Which ones did you get? I don't mind the chocolate but I really like the raspberry ones Smile

Ieirswnllyd · 24/02/2015 16:58

I need to taste those Tesco bars! Grin they sound fab.

I'm really struggling with my soups packets ATM and trying to have 1 a day. Shakes are nice and I do enjoy them.

Going to go for a quick run before I wimp out, will check back in later.

I had the raspberry one. Yum! Had a disgusting lemon and raspberry shake for tea, won't be ordering that one again!

Ieirswnllyd · 25/02/2015 12:39

How is everyone else doing?

I think I'm getting there... not so hungry today. Smile

How's everyone getting on? This week seems to have gone really fast, I will be 4 weeks in on Thursday! I can't believe I've fine it so long!

Chocchip88 · 27/02/2015 14:45

Fine = done!

Ieirswnllyd · 27/02/2015 18:58

Gosh you must have an amazing willpower, nearly four weeks. Well done you.

I'm ok today, had a sneaky weigh in and 6lbs down. Grin even fitted into my jeans today yes, there was a muffin top but hey they were on and buttoned up

Chocchip88 · 27/02/2015 20:08

Wow that's great! I weigh everyday, seeing the scales move so quickly is the only thing that keeps me going.
Great news about the jeans too, that muffin top will disappear in no time, I'm sure.

CharlesRyder · 28/02/2015 06:51

Hi all. I'm starting today- I've decided it's time to get sorted out.

I want to start running too but I think I might get through the first week fog first.

Just had a pouch of space porridge for breakfast, it was really not bad at all! Grin

Ieirswnllyd · 28/02/2015 19:43

Welcome charles how your first day been?

I nearly had 'food' earlier but DH kept me on track.

Drank lots of water now and feel much better.

Hello! It's been fine- thank you for asking. I have done lighterlife before but no longer live near a councillor. I ran out of cash for lighterlife that time but it was working well for me. The Exante products look really good. Any recommendations?

Well done for resisting temptation! Grin

Chocchip88 · 28/02/2015 21:13

Well done for getting through the day everyone. I always find Saturdays the hardest. Today I threw out a milkshake, I'd had it once before and attempted it today. Disgusting! I do not recommend the toffee and caramel.
Is everyone here doing Total Solution? How long are you planning on doing it for?

Ieirswnllyd · 01/03/2015 07:32

Yes, I'm finding weekends the hardest as we normal have a takeaway etc...but there is a reason why I'm doing this and I have to stick to it.

I like the chocolate milkshake best...but I have a lot of soups here and trying to get through them. I really dislike all the soups and I wouldn't recommend any.

I'm on total solution too.

choc I'm planning on doing it for another 2 weeks and then I'm going away for the weekend. I will be having the weekend off and back on it after that for another month maybe.

I just love seeing how fast the weight is dropping off. Grin

I also did LL before and found it easy once I was in the zone, but I never stayed for the sessions, with 2 DCs (one with sen and chronic diseases) I just didn't have the time.

Wedding yesterday. Disaster Sad

Just wondering if I can have something else terrible to soak up the excess alcohol before getting on the scales Hmm

Chocchip88 · 01/03/2015 18:29

Ah Cole a wedding was never going to be easy. Hope you enjoyed it though. I have a funeral on Thursday, as my dad once said the only thing worse than a dry wedding is a dry funeral! I'm sure I'll be ok though, will be driving so at least the no alcohol but should be ok.
I have 12 more days on total solution until my weekend off! Exciting but I'm already worried about struggling to get back on it and how bad the weight gain will be.

4 week weigh in tomorrow Grin

Maryberryjam · 01/03/2015 18:40

Im starting exante tommorrow , have done it before and know im fine after the first few days . Looking to lose at least 2 stones . Feel so uncomfortable in all my clothes at the minute .

Chocchip88 · 01/03/2015 19:24

Hi Mary, the more the merrier! Good luck this week

Maryberryjam · 01/03/2015 19:37

Thanks , just trying to keep myself from raiding the cupboards tonight . Think il have a long bath in a bit . Distraction techniques !

mrssmith79 · 02/03/2015 09:06

Morning Smile
Hope no one minds me sneaking back in... finished 'food' week (week 4) yesterday. Was an absolute disaster! Started with marvellous intentions (200 kcal a day, lean meats and no carbs) last Monday and ended last night with me stuffing an Indian takeaway down Confused
As a result I've put 4lbs back on and am thoroughly ashamed of myself. Have nipped it in the bud this morning though. Even to the point where I've dusted off my 30 day shred DVD and intend to use it starting today.
Got a work function on the 28th of this month and I WILL re-lose the 4lbs, and another 14 along with it. Wink

Chocchip88 · 02/03/2015 12:36

You will get that 4lb off in no time Mrssmith, well done for getting back on it.
I had my week 4 weigh in this morning and I'm now at a total loss of 25lb. I'm thrilled, I'm well on track for 2 stone by the 14th. Also 2 people at playgroup this morning mentioned how I'd lost weight, so is obviously starting to show Grin
Happy Monday everyone!

mrssmith79 · 02/03/2015 13:03

Thanks Chocchip Smile and well done on the fab loss - it's always a massive boost when people notice!

Have just made shake-cookies, they look and smell lovely...just waiting for them to cool down before I taste test

Ieirswnllyd · 02/03/2015 16:33

choc well done! you have done amazing. Daffodil

More the merrier to help each other along mary

mrs they look lovely...how did you do them?

Well I'm having a shitty day...I've got a bad throat, feeling rotten and eaten cawl! I'm counting this as a bit of a day off and back on it tomorrow. Sad

I've also ordered more packs as couldn't face another soup today.

exante.daniel-list.com/shakes/vanilla/shake-cookies/

Here's the instructions. I used a hazelnut shake and a silicone cake tin instead of using frylight. They were lovely! Can't wait to make chocolate ones - make sure they're completely cooled first or they won't have any crunch...and don't forget to drink extra water to compensate Smile

CharlesRyder · 02/03/2015 18:21

That's a great website mrssmith. Thanks for the link, I will definitely be using that. Flowers
