Just found a fantastic new one

Total 0% fat Greek Yoghurt (huge tub it is) with a tsp of runny honey stirred in, 1.5 points

Tastes divine and very naughty

Demented · 24/04/2004 22:33

CD is that the 150g tub? I've been having that with honey most mornings for my breakfast, really pleased to hear it is only 1.5 points as I think I have been counting 2 when having it!

Anyone got any ideas how many points in a Solero, ice lolly, IMO much nicer than Fabs but I presume more than 1 point.

Oh and while I'm here, anyone tried the Skinny Cow ice lollies and/or have any idea of the points? They are quite yummy!

mammya · 24/04/2004 22:36

Demented, I have joined WW online so have access to the points calculator, just let me know the calorie and saturated fat contents and I'll tell you how many points!

Demented · 24/04/2004 23:14

Thanks Mammya, I don't have any of the Skinny Cow ones left (oops ) but have looked at the back of the Solero pack and each lolly contains 104 cals and 2.9 fat (doesn't say how much sat fat though), each lolly is 225g. It would be really useful to know thank you.

mammya · 24/04/2004 23:25

Well, counting the 2.9 fat as saturated fat, it comes up to 2 points.

Thanks mammya and SueW, does that mean it's only 1 point then? That would be brilliant!

Lisa78 · 28/04/2004 16:09

you can have two!

champs · 28/04/2004 18:16
