I'm not hungry, just bored and not really even bored. Tired, maybe?

I'm in such a terrible rut. I eat a ridiculous amount of crap and am trying to break the bad habits I've had for such a long time.

But, oh my goodness, it's hard!!

I have successfully put the babybel back in the fridge and the Pom bears back in the cupboard Smile

Congratulatons on the albs. Grin A quick way to kick off weight loss is to not eat a heavy meal after 7p.m, and cut out ,or down on, alcohol, coffee and teas. Apart from herbals. Also drink plenty of water.

It's been a crap few days really Hmm I don't have a cold but I think I might have tonsillitis (although the last time I definitely did have tonsillitis I was in bed for 4 days with a fever and felt like death would be a relief, so maybe I'm just being a drama llama?) I sound like a hypochondriac but I swear I don't normally get ill very often, just the normal amount of coughs and colds as an average person. This week has just not been my friend!

The last time I went on a health kick and starting to lose a bit of weight I got a nasty chest infection and gave in straight away Confused determined that this time I won't do the same thing! I shall therefore confess to eating a whole bar of cadbury's chocolate in one sitting ( one of the bigger ones...), a whole tub of chocolate brownie ice cream the next night, 2 cheese and ham paninis the next day AND THEN half a dominoes pizza plus sides yesterday :(

^that is basically the type of diet I had after my dd was born and the reason my self-esteem is so low. So I'm forgetting ALL of that and will weigh in on Thursday as usual. And I will try not to be discouraged if the scales are not nice because I have been ill and feeling like crap. Just hoping that writing all this down will keep me motivated so that hopefully I'll get to my first goal soon: only half a stone to go! Grin

How's everyone doing?

I've been dreadful today and the last 10 if i'm honest. I keep thinking I'll stop counting until after Christmas but do seem to still be making some fairly sensible choices so that's good Grin.

Had a curry tonight (ds' choice for passing his karate grading!!) and I had quite a small portion and stopped picking. I still feel really full probably because of all the crap I ate earlier Blush!!
