Im in for Slimtember but doing it with soup and eggs [yum]. I bought a sack of lentils today and will make lentil soup and drink it whenever I feel the need.
Tesco made me fatter this week by having Quality Street tin in, its only August! 
I have an auto immune disease, diagnosed last Christmas and the medication I'm on makes me fat, the disease has fucked up my thyroid- making me fat, my new medication increases appetite. The tin of Quality Strret I mainlined the last few days maybe makes me fat.
I was weighted at a hospital appointment on thursday and was 12 st 4. I did have very heavy shoes on though.
I want to be 10 st, I was always less than 9 1/2, but at 45 I think I'd look too hagged at that now.
I'm staying clear of shitters, tea, I've startednon decaff green tea. I piss so much I'm surprised I'm not lying in hospital on a drip.
I love grapefruit and ate loads of it, it kept me regular but I can't take it now because it reacts with my medication.
I low carbed (for a week
, and lost 8lbs in a week. I think it was mostly fluid I was carrying after a hysterectomy but people noticed. I am wheat free since Xmas, to help inflammation, but still eat wheat free crackers, but will stop.
I have a feeling lentils and eggs will cause some wind, but luckily I work with children so shall blame it on them.
