How can I lose 10lbs before my holiday on, er, Monday?

In a panic. Was meant to start diet in May but one thing (or rather, one pizza) led to another and now I've got less than a week.

I'm 5'6" and look great at 9st 7. This morning I was 10st 11! Shiiiiiiiit!

What can I do? I really REALLY need to crash some of this off. I don't care if it's unhealthy, it's only for a few days and I can do it properly when I get home.

Any and all ideas MASSIVELY gratefully received. What are your tried and tested tricks? Thank you!

No crisps all day, but really want some liver now Grin

Shake for breakfast, tuna and two eggs for lunch, vegetable soup for dinner.

PLUS shredded and went for a very hilly hour and a half walk.

Off to polish my halo while wrapping myself in cling film and anusol Wink

Not sure about wraps, but if you start doing some tummy exercises in addition to the diet you should see results quite quickly.

I lost at least an inch off my tummy rubbing in cream every night but I can't remember which one it was.

There was a test in the mail and real women and a scientist gave their results and opinions and this was the only on the scientist said worked. He was right but I cant buy it when I can't recall its name Hmm.

Ooh. 11.10 tonight. I always weigh at least 2lb heavier at night, so fingers crossed I will be lighter in the morning, just in time for my WW weigh in!Grin

Well I was doing ok, went for a swim in the sea, very cold but that burns more calories yes? And I went for a 6km run this afternoon and my thighs kill due to the bloody hills but crisis here as ds3 has had to go to hospital due to suspected appendicitis... So chocolate and alcohol has been consumed by me. Ds3 still at hospital with dp. Fun way to spend our holiday! Seriously last time I took him away we ended up at a &e as he split his head open and last summer we spent most of it at hospital or on bed rest due to an eye injury. The kid is cursed!

Thanks to this thread I've bought 2 tubs of almased since I have a wedding to go to in a few weeks.
I daren't post my starting weight but I am far far far off the ideal weights posted way above Shock hopefully the fatter you are the quicker you lose it?!

Day 10 - 6.6lbs

Pandora my BMI is 29.5 so I'm no skinny minny!

Last night was half a bottle of chardy (300cals) and a mouthful of my husband's beef stew before i went to the neighbour's to concentrate on eating healthily drink the wine.

5madthings for two consecutive October 31sts I have taken the children up north to see my two oldest friends. Both times DD has ended up poorly, last year seriously. I have promised her this year we won't go.

Still not had the tea. Waiting for someone to tell me if I bought the right one or not before I open it.

Weighed in today.

1LB OFF!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I know it is only a pound but at least it is something!!!!

I think I am the only one on this thread who had put on weight Sad 11.7 today. I was 11.2 at the start of July. Hopefully just TOTM (hurry up!) I need to fast but not feeling it today.

Well ds3 is back from hospital but we have 24gr8 ward access incase he gets worse again. Possible rumbling appendix but not sure.

He is with my parents today, my mum is a nurse so I know he will be well looked after! Ds4 is with ny sister and the rest of us are going bike riding. Fingers crossed fir an uneventful day!

Well done on the weight loss to those who have lost, no scales here so will weigh in once home...

PrimalLoss - I had put on weight as well. I think it takes 2-3 days to show any results of over eating and exercising/watching what you eat. But I want quick results!!

PrimalLass you are definitely NOT the only one to have out weight on! I was 10st 12 this morning, so I'm busily ballooning back to up to pre-holiday hugeness. Loads of my clothes and boots no longer fit, and the jeans are out of the question unless I want to cut off all circulation below my waist. Which I can't, as I still have so much food down there to digest.

I need to do something! I have gorgeous autumnal clothes that I can't wear.

I bought the Tescos UltraSlim sachets this morning, but forgot the skimmed milk to mix them with. So instead I had an Atkins bar, then soup, then three bits of fudge. Why?!

Does anyone want to start a proper plan, together? Scarsdale or something. Meal-replacement. Bulimia? Even just hourly Epsom baths... I need to follow a Plan. I'd love a partner in crime.

itsfab for really quick results, go to bed hungry. Make your dinner the smallest meal of the day, eat it before 6pm and then only have water or some kind of detox tea till bedtime. Go to bed RAVENOUS. That'll show on the scales the next day.

Tonight's dinner is stir fry with 3 chips so that will help.

No breakfast so had a penguin with the kids while at the park. Had left over liver and kidney at lunch time with a slice of bread and a potato cake. Really want something sweet but resisting at the moment and drinking water.

Is the purify tea I bought the right one?

I was going to come on here smugly and say how well I've done 5 days of celebrity slim and 4lb off but I don't deserve to as I came back from lidl and ate two massive slices of tiger bread and proper fat ( butter)
