I am about 2 stone overweight following 2 children who don't sleep (chocolate is a sleep substitute here!)
Anyway I used to be very anorexic, then bulimic, and have fought bulimic tendencies on every diet.
I am attracted to the 5:2 but think it might be triggering, and DP has forbidden low carb as apparently I was evil last time!
I am still breastfeeding and constantly have 2 children in tow and no evenings (see non sleeping) so can't do SW or similar. Also can't exercise other than running around with the 3yo....
Any advice?
