I just did my first day!! and rather proud of myself but oh my god it's fucking ridiculously hard! haha , Level one and just used YouTube but from someone who's gone from sitting on the sofa all day to this with some 5 minute arm work out and daily squats.

Is anyone else doing it?

Hey, I've done it before and I'm going to start again, maybe tonight? But deffo tomorrow... Youtube plays up on my phone. It killed me last time I did it! But I've put on so much weight and its really getting me down. How much do you have to lose?

I'm 12.10 now and want to be about 10st.

So just over 2 stone, It killed me too I can feel I'm going to ache!

I did my first day today too!
I'm not overweight, but am basically made of jelly so I want to tone up and get fitter.
It was quite hard going at times and my legs ach a bit now.
It will be worth it!

I didn't do too well Blush
My legs went from stiff to rock hard and V. Painful.
I'm doing it again today but leaving the leg bits out :)

I never realised I was such a weed!
I mentioned that I was doing a exercise DVD to a couple of people and they were Shock! That I would need/want to, as I'm slim. Slim but obviously NO muscle tone!
I will persevere Grin

Make sure you do good stretches - a lot of people find it helps to do more than on the DVD. Also JM doesn't say in L1 but when doing the quad stretch it can help to balance by holding furniture - I found it very hard to really stretch it wobbling on one leg!

Warm baths help a bit too.Smile

My thighs are very painful today, I'm doing the 30 day squat challenge with it so I'm gonna leave 30 day shred till about 6:30 when my DC has gone to bed lol.

Will defiantly do more stretches!

My thighs and calfs are still a tad tender and so is my chest but I've been doing the squat and punches with my weights cause my arms are ridiculously week and I need to build them up lol

Do you take rest days? I'm thinking about taking today as a rest day and doing it again tomorrow and maybe go for a walk or something

yes, I always just do shred on weekdays, and do something else active at least one of the weekend days - a nice hilly walk today.

ProudMumaa I've just completed L1D5 felt bad at the thought of the rest day so just done it now! even though i've ate rather bad stupid amount of shit!

I'm impressed that on D1 I had to stop twice for a drink because I swear I was going to be sick and today and yesterday I didn't stop at all and blitz through it!

I'm down 1.5 inches around my waist and 1.5 inches around my hips!

I think I might start this tonight.....eek! Will have to banish everyone from the sitting room as no way am I having spectators!

I have about a stone to lose but more importantly don't want to be out of breath after climbing 2 flights of stairs.Blush
