I didn't do it on Sat as the only time I had was with 3 kids, DH, DM and her husband present and oddly enough I didn't fancy an audience!
The massage on Sat morning was a bit owey though. The back was OK, better than expected, but when she did my shoulders it really hurt, even though she was doing it really lightly!
I did it again last night, so that's 5 days now, and it went OK - I do think I am recovering my breathing more quickly than at the start which is really good. I didn't manage the last bit of the level 1 DVD yesterday - the bicycle crunches were just too hard and I ended up doing normal crunches for about half of it.
Although about an hour later I felt a bit out of sorts, and checked my temp - 38.4! I am ill - thanks DS3.
So I am planning to do it tonight as the fever has now dropped to just over 37 but I will be sensible and if I really don't feel I can, then I will leave it. I just don't want to get into bad habits this early on!
DH and I have noticed a difference already from doing all those bum lift crunches though.....
