Talking I have had this conversation with you before . Your have wrong information. Muslims DO NOT go without food for a whole month if you are referring to Ramadan. They don't eat between sunrise and sunset and then they eat like mad people deprived of food. My friends are Muslims and they tell me this each year at Ramadan. They consume so much food after the fasting period each day that they feel physically sick.

Catholics don't fast to the point of not eating either and the other religions you mentioned fast occasionally but not for a whole month.

MillyRules · 12/11/2013 14:44

Most of the religions you mentioned Talk remove certain foods from their diets for a period of time rather than actually fast as in taking in no food. Those that do "fast" do it only occasionally.

I asked for links to research papers.
I barely count the Express as a newspaper.
I'll see you in a couple of years when I'm still lean.

Thread hidden.

There ARE links within that newspaper report if you clicked on them.
Please do more research yourself regarding religions and their fasting as you are incorrect. Sorry you feel you have to block your ears to what I am saying. Bit childish really or maybe some of what I have said has hit a nerve. Any way I hope it goes well for you Talkin and good luck Smile
