A little bit late but better late than never

Congrats on the weight loss suejonez, and it's good to look back on how things were and see a definite difference. For me, it's cutting out the 2 bars of chocolate a day that I was eating. Will weigh later, after school pickup.

Hooray, I've lost another 1lb! Can't be so bad, then, stuffing your face with frozen Frubes (only the flavour the kids won't eat)

I would really like to have lost a stone by the end of the summer hols - should just about be achievable if I don't go mad in France.

Well done Fauve. I've just weighed, and haven't lost anything, but haven't gained either, which is something. Finding everything rather difficult in this heat and humidity. I do feel like I must have sweated off at least a pound (sorry, TMI, I know).

know what you mean about the heat Jackie - although I'm probably not eating as much (hah!), I'm also not moving as much (as little as possible). But my office is like a sweat box at the moment so can't summon up the energy to even think too hard never mind exercise. However have decided to dump my last Russian lesson this evening and go to an extra aqua class instead.

That's definitely the place to be suejonez - in water. After the very hot nursery trip to the zoo yesterday I had a lovely lukewarm bath in the dark, with the window open. Bliss.
