The table is pulled out of the way. The jingly music is playing. Jillian is grinning at me and waiting to introduce me to her "two best girls helping us out". But I cannot bring myself to press play.
I did so well last week, a full week of shredding and watching what I eat. This week, Mr Motivation has left the building. I've already hada a square of chocolate.

done shred day 28 today cant believe im nearly finished, actually looking forward to starting ripped, time of the month is due though which always makes things much harder for me :(

Ripping - thanks, hadn't thought of Netfix but have just found it hidden in videos so am good to go. Will try for tomorrow morning but with school then builder followed by Tesco it isn't looking hopeful. Sad

Level three day four done. I only had to have a couple of tiny breathers during the craziness. I did all the jumping lunges!

Im starting to struggle I think since shredding earlier ive went downhill why on day 28 is it all going wrong! I have eaten an angel slice, half a twix and a smoked sausage tonight I have no idea why just feeling really rubbish, my ankle is really hurting, my knee and my wrist - damn those level 3 planks on your weights!

iced I feel really rubbish tonight too. Hot and grumpy with a sore throat and headache. I've eaten rubbish today as well as I've not fancied anything so picked, missing breakfast and lunch. Those planks on weights really agitate my already bad neck! I hope you feel better come the morning!

Eating is not it all going wrong, you ate some food that wouldn't be on a diet plan, that's all.

Come on shreddies, you're hitting a wall that is just waiting to be broken - think of it as a test. Will you let one days food make such an impact on all the good work you've done?

Wallpaper, I'm feeling quite tight up the front of my neck across to my shoulders, is that the same as you?

I don't have enough strength to do the plank with weights on my toes, but found them too easy on my knees so do them with my legs outstretched but only slightly bent.

Your right, considering I've spent all weekend stuck in with a grumpy toddler, a ds with an ear infection, hardly slept and im due on it could of been a lot worse! will get focused today and tomorrow. Got myself that confused yesterday I got my shredding days wrong TODAY is day 28!, 3 days of shredding to go and im done.

Definitely needs to get a better eating plan started for started ripped in 30 though, I cant see any change to my shape in this last week.

Jumping lunges and rock star jumps are slightly easier too, definitely starting the c25k on Monday

I've got my eye on a race next year :-O

thanks ripping, im doing ok today, cereal for breakfast, now having chicken salad sandwich and an apple with water that will be me until dinner. Will shred once lunch has settled. Really bored with shred now I hate level 3, rockstar jumps really hurt my ankles.
Visualiseahorse - I felt the same at the beginning when I started reading this thread its amazing how quickly you get through it just keep at it! oh and my thighs still hurt I don't think that ever improves!

they've started to run these little beauties near where i live, DS1 did the 10k one in June this year (in 1hr 15 mins i hasten to add ), and he and DH and some friends have already signed up for Nov this year

i don't think i'll ever manage a marathon, i'd get bored and want to talk to someone Grin but don't see why i can't aim for the 5/10k race myself?

I.did day 3 of level 2 this morning. It was actually ok until i got to the final weights section, it was so tough thought i was going to pass out. I was so hot and red faced, DS was quite concerned for me Grin

Ripping a race? Do tell? I hate running, but this whole c25 malarky is quite tempting (what is happening to me!)

Iced glad you are having a better day,.can't believe you have almost completed all 30 days. I'm not strictly following a diet (if DD ever stops bloody feeding so.i can.go downstairs i am going to have a small slice of homemade cake) instead i am not snacking all day and eating healthy stuff mostly. Thinking along the lines of lifestyle changes which are sustainable.

Binks i love yorkie! Visualize keep on and it does get easier, then you move up a level Grin

Wallpaper how are you doing? Hope your neck/back is ok.

Hi twenty, I'm okay thanks! This virus thing is lingering and I'm getting a bit fed up with it. But I did manage to shred today! So level 3 day 6 done!

How's everyone else finding the shred? I seem to have got to the point where the enjoyment has gone, I know I've only got 4 days left but I keep thinking sod this, but then can't give in because I desperately want to complete the whole 30 days and not let all of you and myself down! Well it'll be 37 due to my neck issues, but I do want to complete it! Aaggggghhhh!!!

ripping have you lost your mind?! Those races look brutal! I'm all up for C25K but suffering?! That's mad! I like the idea of running an actual race, maybe I'll do C25K then progress on to 5K 2 10K then think about it!

I was told I was looking slim and trim today, shame I can't see it! Mind you when I was walking fast pushing the pram today I could feel the tight tummy muscles so something's going on in there!

the shortest suffering is only 5k, and it's not a 'race' as such, you can stagger walk some, i'm no runner, but doing the c25k to up my cardio

and good to see you back, we're on the same L3D6 now, race you to sunday, D10 Grin
