Evening all!
Ripping, don't worry about the weight. I haven't lost an ounce but like some else said, I do know I'm tonng up and that my cardio fitness is improving. The latter being proved as I ran round a field like a lunatic chasing sheep and wasn't standing doubled over gasping for breath like I would usually be. Also, muscle is heavier than fat
.
Glad you're back Wallpaper and hope injuries are holding up.
Balloon, so pleased I'm not the only person using lighter weights for some exercises. In L1 I was using 1/1.5kg. Now in L2, I'm forcing myself to use the 1.5kg weights and ordered a set of 2kg weights from Amazon which arrived today. They feel rather heavy
.
Lifes, in the absence of a champagne emoticon, here's a much deserved
. So you should be proud of yourself - there is no way I could manage 30 days on the trot. How are you going to do the next 30 days - back to L1 etc or will you jumble it up a bit?
Doris - welcome! Hope you get a better night tonight.
Glen I've missed the last two days and will have to force myself to do it tomorrow. Just going to try and convince myself that it's fun and I'm enjoying it
Iced, well done with day 24, especially on 3 hrs sleep. I've had three consecutive badly disturbed nights with little sleep and couldn't have managed a single jumping jack today.
Binks, no, not another injury. Hope your ankle settles down - are you trainer shopping? I go through phases of wanting to update my 15 year old (yes, you read that right, 15!) trainers but there's life in the old dears yet. It says much about how much exercise I do! Mind, I've walked the dogs miles and miles in them.
Right, two days off so back to it tomorrow. Trying for day 5 of level 2. Wish me luck. Have a very sore heel which feels very bruised and I've been hobbling all day. Nothing to do with the Shred, I think, more the long day I spent standing barefoot baking yesterday.
