The table is pulled out of the way. The jingly music is playing. Jillian is grinning at me and waiting to introduce me to her "two best girls helping us out". But I cannot bring myself to press play.
I did so well last week, a full week of shredding and watching what I eat. This week, Mr Motivation has left the building. I've already hada a square of chocolate.

Finding this thread very helpful always helps to know your not in it alone, will be day 2 of level 2 today when I get the chance. Im finding not snacking in the evenings the hardest part! im absolutely starving come 8-9pm and just want biscuits!

Morning, I'll be shredding shortly, but had to have breakfast as I was so hungry. Letting that settle!

iced I know what you mean about evening snacks. Last night I caved and had a bagel as I was so hungry. I think it was being out in the fresh air all afternoon working in the garden! I still came in very close to my calorie goal on MFP so I don't feel too bad! Everything else I ate yesterday was healthy though!

Hi Glen, how's day 4?!!! I also found it much easier after day 5, so tomorrow should be better!

Spb, it's easy enough in the sense that I've made a firm commitment to make improvements I've got a family reunion in 7 weeks, lots of people I haven't seen since gaining 2.5 stone.

I've also started closing the kitchen to me at 7, I eat dinner early so I load up and shut it down!

Hi all. I haven't shredded today - was out all morning and DT's and I are having a special girls afternoon/evening with DVDs and some sweet treats! Really must try to find time tomorrow although it's a genuinely busy day.

i haven't done today's session, just not had the time or space and now i'm home and not in the right frame of mind for it at all

will say though i'm really annoyed at myself for not doing it this morning and now my arms are starting to ache Shock this is why the shred works isn't it? constant pressure/work on your muscles so you don't give them the chance to hurt Grin

thank you all for posting here today, it's helped me realise how important it is Thanks

tomorrow i'm back on it with renewed vigour and energy. might even do it twice to make up Smile

Hello everyone! I shredded this morning, so that's day 4 level 2 done. I found it quite hard today, although mostly because my DD was under my feet, dragging my weights off etc! I should get up before everyone shouldn't i?!

Well done Sirzy and Iced! Hope everyone who's missed today will be back tomorrow with renewed vigour! I need you to keep me going! I will be half way through my 30 days tomorrow-I'm amazed I've stuck with it this far. It's purely down to the encouragement and support fron everyone here so thanks you guys!

peppermint welcome, look forward to you joining in with us once your DVD arrives! Do you know you will need hand weights? I started off with bottles of water, others with cans of beans so not imperative but obviously easier to hold!

Hope to see everyone back again tomorrow! Grin

Level 1 day 4 done. I actually managed to follow Natalie for about 3 minutes too, I literally kicked my own arse Grin

Try every morning to get it out of the way but DD has other ideas. Apparently it is fun to jump at Mummy when she is doing her jumping!!

It is hard to motivate to do it in the evening but so far so good, and this thread is ace at getting me to do it.. I find that doing it at night I'm too stiff to go to the biscuit tin and DH refuses to go for me, the git.

I'm using beans at the minute, ordering some hand weights though this week as (dare I say it) I'm finding some of the arm exercises to easy.

I came on and chatted and forgot to report in! I did level two day four. My knees are shattered and I loathe level two but I've had worse experiences in life. I'm premenstrual now so holding my boobs a lot during the jumping bits, feeling bloated and getting loads of massive spots which I blame on all the extra sweating. I'm due to go up to level three round about when I'm due so am really hoping I prefer level three as much as everyone else!

Hello :) With a BMI of 22.51 I'm not here for weight loss, but I've been feeling a little depressed lately and I thought an exercise programme might be the kick in the butt I need to cheer me up :)

Morning everyone! I will shortly be shredding, level 2 day 5, officially 15 days of shredding! I am amazed, I'm half way through!!!!

Hi milk, I think you will find a big improvement to your feelings through exercise, I certainly have. I suffer with anxiety and the shred has really helped me to keep a lid on things. It was one of the reasons I decided to give it a go-so glad I did.

Well done twenty nearly at Level 2!

That's me done! I've got to be honest, I really am beginning to get fed up with level 2. It's getting boring. I had a sneak peak at level 3 after today's workout and had a go at some of the exercises. I think it looks so much better than L2 and I liked the exercises I had a go at! Oh well only 5 days to go Sad

If I'm going up and level on sunday I'd better do another session tonight I think - really regretting my day off yesterday.

I don't think I'll do 17 days on L2 ;)

I will be shredding after lunch only free time I have, I agree about level 2 being boring ive only done 2 days of it and its not very motivating, not sure how I will manage another 8 days of it before moving up, can you move up early?
