The table is pulled out of the way. The jingly music is playing. Jillian is grinning at me and waiting to introduce me to her "two best girls helping us out". But I cannot bring myself to press play.
I did so well last week, a full week of shredding and watching what I eat. This week, Mr Motivation has left the building. I've already hada a square of chocolate.

What neck exercises have you found ripping? I must admit that the neck rolls and backwards windmills upsets an old injury I have a bit. Be good to know how to keep in all loose!

I went out on another bike ride this afternoon, think its helping to keep moving.

Hi everyone got back on it today, foot not completely better but wore a support bandage while working out. Finished day 10 of the shred, followed by 25 mins of davina super fit, then 15 mins of intense abs felt fab afterwards. Starting Level 2 of the shred tomorrow!

Wow Wallpaper - you put me to shame!

Ripping - I started L2 last year but can't recall the detail .... perhaps it's best that way! Grin

I've just done Day 8. Went up to 1.5kg on the chest flies (the lying down exercise in circuit 3) - I reverted to 1kg after day 1 last week when I couldn't manage the 1.5kg so am really pleased to see an improvement.

Good luck today everyone! Now I'm off to get on with the rest of my day!

Hello everyone! I thought I'd updated with efforts for today but my post is not here! Goodness knows what I did!
Anyway, I completed my 3rd day of L2, my legs are sore today so I've got to be honest, I'm still finding it hard!

I don't think I'll cycle today, think I need a rest!

Good luck chocolate resisters! You can do it! If its any consolation, on day 1 I stopped having 2 sugars in my tea, down to half. It was grim to start but I don't notice now! That initial craving does wear off!

glad you have returned, wallpaper, was beginning to worry you'd exercised yourself into a hole Grin and it sounds as if you almost have Shock i'd die if i did as much as you Blush

i'm def going to stick to L1 until next monday, with the extra weights + neck exercises this is good, i can feel added movement already and we're going to be away Sat/Sunday and not sure if i'll be shredding at the normal time, so not a good idea to move up yet i think

my upper chest is flatter now, still no sign of any abs showing, but i think i've got about 6mths of work to do on those Grin

Hi ripping! Sounds like a good plan moving up on Monday. I'm glad the neck exercises are helping and getting some extra movement going.

I've been gardening since lunchtime. I've managed to hurt my Achilles' tendon, whilst trying to pull really embedded brambles out alongside the conservatory! I will be gutted if I can't shred tomorrow, I was thinking cheerfully earlier that thurs will be my 15th day-half way through the shred!!! I'm going to literally sit down for the rest of the afternoon, DH is home now so he can "herd" my toddler!

I don't think you'll ever see abs on me, too much skin, but at least now it's more just loose skin rather than a layer of flabbiness! I actually have bicep muscles now, and huge thigh muscles! Can anyone else see a difference?!

Level 2 day 1 done! pulled out the old steps dvd too and done the aerobic section the combat section and the target and tone, worked out for 1hr 20 in total - feeling determined. Not really seeing any results though :( will keep with it!

day 3 of level 1 done. Still feeling ok except for slightly achy thighs.

Also done the wii fit this morning and may be really good and try to do more tonight.
