Scammed by Diet Chef!!

I am having quite a traumatic time with this awful company and wanted to know if anyone else out there had experienced the same thing? They will not stop sending me food and taking money from my account despite cancelling my subscription and speaking to them repeatedly!

I have told them I am happy to send the food back but unhappy that they expect me to cover the postage for this!! It will be a fortune and I didn't ask for the stuff in the first place! :(

I have been trying to obtain a refund Diet Chef for a good few weeks now. A few weeks ago I noticed that £40 had been taken out of my account each month since April (three of those payments without my knowledge and for goods that I had not received). I have had email exchanges with your company a couple of times and sadly didn't find the person to be particularly helpful. I then put my issues in writing on 8 August but am yet to receive a response. The last order I placed directly with Diet Chef was at the end of April - I received the goods for this order but then a further £40 was taken out of my account in May, June and July. Diet Chef did refund £40 on 29 July but I am still awaiting a further £80.
I do feel very disappointed as I have been a customer of Diet Chef for a few years now and have never had any problems with their service. In fact, I have found the customer service very efficient up until now. I have recommended your company many times but I would be very wary of using you again as I feel I have been let down.
If you could help in any way I would be most grateful.

@voou I am also trying to find somebody to complain to about Diet Chef. Initially I thought the problem I was having was simply an admin error and would be cleared up, as I had previously had good service from them. How wrong was I?!!! It certainly seems I am in 'good company'. It has now become a point of principle and I don't think they should get away with misleading people like this!

I started last month, however the food isn't palatable, far too spicy. I'm dreading eating. The breakfasts are too sweet and I have high cholesterol lds.
I have tried to cancel and was told to pay 70.00.
This diet plan was for 4months but I honestly can't face it. My daughter offered to take it even though she is her ideal weight..but she also found it hard to eat.
I'm so sorry, but I'm losing weight not eating.
Please help me get off this roundabout.
