That's it. Had great success in the past, starting again.

Also eating low carb.

Day 3 done with the lighter weights.

Didn't feel as achey this morning so will stick with them for now - I have to be able to move my arms!

I am on day 21 and i think i have felt soreness for all 21 days. I feel like every time i get used to the workout, it changes or i add another class. But it is self inflicted pain, so i cant complain too much.

But i really see results, it is worth sticking to!

Where are you seeing the most change Alligator?

Iwish - i am just smaller. My face looks way thinner, my back fat is gone, my stomach is way flatter ( but not flat yet) thighs are much smaller and bingo wings are almost gone.

I have gone from a tight 14 to a comfortable 12. Ideally i would like to be a comfortable 10 or maybe even an 8 (my pre children size - dd1 is 7 and i haven't got back there) but i am amazed I can do this much in 3 weeks!

I am on day 7 tonight, I am getting pretty bored of doing it so it is hard to motivate myself!

Thanks Alligator - that's just what i wanted to hear to keep my motivation up.

If I can get a more toned, flatter tummy I'll be happy!

Day 4 level one done.

We're going away soon to a place without wifi (I've been doing the programme on YouTube). What should I do if I miss a couple of days? Do I need to go back to day 1?

Iwish - you can download from youtube to your laptop. Search google for Real downloader, and follow the instructions. Ha ha ! No excuses!

But, if you do miss a few days, i would just pick up where i left off.

Day 23 today, not too bad. my goal is to do as many rock star jumps as Natalie.

I use an iPad so not sure that will work. DH might let me use his work laptop though and hope they don't audit what's on there! Thanks for that.

Day 5 done of level 1. Feel like I'm able to push myself a bit more today and might invest in some slightly heavier weights over the weekend!

It's day 8 for me today but I'm having a rest as I'm off to schlep round London. Still feel surprisingly motivated, but will be a challenge to do every day next week due to schedule.

Day 24 for me. I was feeling really lazy and was thinking about taking a day off. Then dd1 told me she was gong to exercise with me, so I couldnt not do it. She ended up filling in her sticker book instead...but it was the motivation I needed.

Alligator you are nearly finished! How do you feel? Are you planning any more JM workouts after?

I did day 8 this morning, had to phone it in a bit as had toddler under my feet again. Also I really didn't want to do it after the day off - no more days off for me now!

Level 1 day 7 done with slightly heavier weights.

Since I started doing this I've slept terribly! I'm shattered now! Thought exercise should make me sleep better not worse!

Day 25. Took yesterday off as I did a killer toning class.

Next week I am away for 4 days (cruise up the Nile: Aswan to Luxor) then home for a day then a week at a beach resort on the Red Sea. I probably won't be doing much exercising then, so will be ready to restart with a vengence when I get back. I dont think I will continue with the shred, I find it really hard on my knees - but maybe i will do an occasional day. Does anyone have a suggestion for a follow up workout?

St this in January, after cancelling my gym membership

I physically can't do it every day as I find my ankles hurt (and I'm 52) but I do it 4 times a week plus pilates.
I really enjoy it, find level 3 easier than level 2
Have just bought the abs one, so will try that this week.

Did't need to lose weight, bit have definitely toned up.

I did day 10 yesterday and started level 2, tough going. I weighed myself at the weekend and I am heavier then when I started??? What's that all about?

Me too Lickety - I have put on about 4lbs, hoping some of that is TOM though.

Day 9 but I started level 2 today as was up for a challenge. Uh-huh. Plank jacks - killer.

Level 1 day 8 done today - it felt really tough for some reason!

Licketysplit I bet you've gained some muscle through these workouts which is why you've put a bit of weight on. What about your measurements?

I was looking forward to Level 2, plank jacks sound hideous though!

I've had to stop, my back is in bits. Just below the back of my neck hurts to turn my head and look up or down?

Hope I'll be able to start again soon though Sad

Day 26 today. I ate cookies yesterday so really pushed myself. And feel better for it.

Day 9 done.

My dietary intake still leaves a bit to be desired so I'm not expecting much in the way of weight loss or improved measurements but I do feel a bit fitter!
