i am going well. i actually weighed myself yesterday, am 15st 8lb , aiming for around 3lb per week. am feeling bloated tho as am drinking more water. if ifeel some hunger then i drink a glass lol. it does help.

is Twiggy a misnomer then?

I never said I was skinnny .. I said knobbly and covered in marmite

I'm more wobbly than nobbly - I need to lose weight too - can I play?

I was doing really well until there was some leftover garlic bread from the kids tea..........

there is leftover curry on the table. must go throw it in the bin.

I think any child's leftover food needs to have water poured over it immediately

i have to have to have to lose some weight. put on 3 stone with DS and 17 months later most of its still there.

and i wasn't skinny to start with.

i just need some inspiration

I managed too chuck one out of four pieces in to the bin

summer is just around the corner

its the middle of march, so there are roughly 20 weeks between now and summer time (beginning of August)

at the rate of 1 - 2lbs a week I make that a possibility of losing 20 to 40lbs before your summer holidays

BIKINI TIME

we're going to Florida in Oct.... that gives me a few extra weeks

I am hoping to have a late family holiday at the end of this year .

i will never EVER wear a bikini (well i might if they find a way of removing stretch marks)

I went on this detox for two days this week, Tues & Wed. Yesterday I went back on my normal "You Are What You Eat" Diet. Around 11pm last night I was watching TV and got such bad cramps, I thought they were worse than contractions (thought I might be in labour - considering you hear about these people who never knew they were pregnant until they went into labour) I had the worst diarohea going, I thought I would spend the whole night on the loo - is this normal - has anybody else done this detox thingy - I was surprised how easy it was to do, the only downside was the d last night.

i had a few pains in the eveing but didnt even do a full days detox.

So twiglett will you reveal any loss this week? i am weighing myself i nthe morning, and will post my loss, if any. eeeek
