Ooooo we all lost this week, fabulous ...all heading in the right direction.

Told stand in leader on Wednesday that i would probably not have a loss next week due to Thursday at elections and having limited access to the right food ie having to order in, and due to my weekend away, again not really having the right sort of food, she got all huffy and said i would have to explain myself to my usual leader next week! I told her no, i wouldn't be explaining myself as you should be able to have a life outside of the plan every now and again as long as you didnt go completely off the rails, she wouldn't even look at me just pouted, stupid woman!

My usual leader is currently living it up on a cruise and will probably tell us all about the gorgeous food she has been gorging on, thank god she lives in the real world!

Leaving in 10 mins and shall damn well enjoy myself , stand in leader be damned! Grin

Damn her for giving all consultants a bad name.

You enjoy your weekend and as long as you're prepared for what the scales bring, then it's no concern of anyone's.

Just adding this thread to threads I'm on list. I now need to have a read to see what everyone else has been up to.

I have not been eating sensibly at all, my jeans are definitely looser but I don't feel any slimmer. Maybe because its star week? I haven't weighed myself lately so honestly don't know how its going. I don't believe I have lost even 1/4 of a lb but thats purely my own fault.

I can't believe its so close to Christmas. I guess its still possible to lose close to a stone between now and Christmas day. Then I bet its possible to put it all back on over the Christmas and New Year!

Anyway, lets see what magic I can do.

Kid you can do it, go back to basics no cutting corners and guesstimating allowances, just follow the plan and watch it fall off.

FHF, don't worry she's the only consultant that I've come across with such an arsy attitude.

Drawing line under the weekends festivities now and getting back on track first thing in the morning. ;)

Big tip - dont bother with frozen raspberries. Taste rotten.

I've had lasagne and chocolate cake tonight so off plan! But it was a night out so allowed. Drank diet coke whereas in preSW days I'd drink oj and lemonade by the bucket so not all bad. Back on it tomorrow as hoping for 2lb loss this week.

We've just got home from a stressful weekend with the inlaws, bil and his gf have obviously been arguing behind closed doors - you could have cut the atmosphere with a knife. I have a stinking cold too :(

Well done silver! Congratulations on reaching your first half stone award!! :)

Kid- get planning, you can do this!! You're right in that you could still have a stone off for Christmas!! When you're planning, include your syns for the day/week.

Do you know what I done this week that I normally wouldn't have? I counted my syns on the night of weigh in and extracted them from my weeks allowance :)

I had beans and white bread toasted, followed by a doughnut and a bag of crisps. I usually wouldn't count them Blush do you all?

This week is going good so far! Staying within syn allowance so far!

Maybe I should?!

I had a whopping fall yesterday and managed to hit both my right arm and side of head on DP's power tools so am very very sore today. My head has an egg on it and I should think I'll have a fantastic bruise on my arm when it emerges.

We had a birthday tea at DP's family for his great niece yesterday and I was soooo good only to get home starving and eat crap

Ahhh well tis my own fault for not thinking to prepare something for when I got in.

Back on track today - breakfast was porridge with cinnamon, strawberries and an apple grated in.

My MIL is sick(I think more for attention) so her very annoying elderlyish daughter is coming to look after her snort so best try and mop the floors through the pain of my arm and tidy so I can't be whinged or complained about more than usual

Re Wednesday evenings, I do stick to the plan then, I class having SW chips with cheese (from allowance) maybe with a cracked egg on top (side order of mangetout of course) as a treat, as I dont have the time or patience to wait for them to cook the rest of the week.

I recall the first time I did the plan many years ago and Wednesday nights was a free for all, then I would wonder where I had gone wrong. Now I know where I am going wrong, its called too much darn chocolate!

I didn't quite draw the line under my few days of escape as I had planned as on Sunday the whole family paid visit to my parents and there were lots of treats doing the rounds, I did not hold back Blush

Today has been good except for the Cadburys Bubble bar I just demolished Blush Blush Blush need to check their syn value its around a 28g bar, hopefully its not too bad Hmm

When 'actively' following plan I did count WI night syns but now I don't Blush tbh I don't really count syns everyday now though, I do a mental tot up if I think I've had a bad day but most days I know I'm fine. However when I need to lose I have found choc's 5-point plan (TM) to be damn good!

Step one going to fill in the online diary from tomorrow
Step two not buying twix's anymore no matter how cheap they get in the supermarket.
Step three will stick to 10 syns a day without cheating
Step four will ask FHF to yell at me when I slip again
Step five I will loose weight next week and not just a piddling half a pound!

Feel free to slap me if I fail
