What is with this site/my computer!!!! just did a HUGE response and it wiped off before i could post!!!!!

Anyway try again, my only real badness is the doughnut i had yesterday, which i can live with.

Got measured up for my bridesmaid dress yesterday and am pleased with the results, they show my frame is now slimmer that my older sisters who has always had a lovely figure ...Mum has said I am not allowed to tell her in case she gets upset! Shock

I'll just tell you lot instead whoooooohoooooooooooo Grin

Huffpot · 28/10/2012 19:23

Ria pumpkin cheesecake sounds interesting!

does a hooray for you dance around Choc That's brilliant!

Its so bloody cold tonight!

We're having chinese for dinner tonight mmm but only having chicken in black bean sauce and boiled rice....this is our takeaway compromise

grimRiaper · 28/10/2012 19:37

cheesecake this is pretty muc it, recipe from Nigella's "Feast"

yay chocolate, jolly well done (I am into anything that gets one over on older sisters, as mine makes me feel like something unpleasant she's stepped in)and always has - but it's worse ATM... oh how things are different from a year ago, and she's so fecking smug about it. Even DM has commented, so thankfully it's not just me being a bitch

ChocolateZombiesmakemefat · 28/10/2012 20:01

I've always been relied on to be the big one, its so nice not to be for once.

I cant look at your cheesecake link, if i do i will make it then eat it, probably most of it and that would be bad! :)

Huffpot · 29/10/2012 08:53

Morning all

Its not nice to always be the big one - generally the bloody cheerful fat person too!

Am trying to find the energy to make my first meal planning attempt before a brisk walk to Asda and back to purchase said items.
Walking back with shopping and a double buggy should be a workout

Despite my best intentions I've wobbled a bit with nibbling of a night.

I MUST get back on track!

B: Porridge with a banana and a cuppa. We had a different consultant a few weeks ago who said that banana isn't the best super free so have bought some frozen berries but keep forgetting them
L: Warm chicken salad with some wedges I think
D: Home made fish and chips I think with more salad

ChocolateZombiesmakemefat · 29/10/2012 12:16

Ah yes bananas, I remember a few years back on first attempt at SW, my consultant told all the banana eaters to lay off them for a week, at the next WI they all had lovely losses. I felt cheated as I hate bananas!!!

ChocolateZombiesmakemefat · 29/10/2012 12:19

Today in work there is a cake sale.

A colleague also brought in lord of cream cakes, a tin of Celebrations and a tin of posh biscuits.

Another colleague brought in a rather delicious fruit cake.

I am DOOMED this week!!!!!

ChocolateZombiesmakemefat · 29/10/2012 12:19

Lord = lots

Huffpot · 30/10/2012 08:32

I'm so glad at times like these I don't have the temptations of work stuff

I'm having massive night nibble issues...I just pick and am picking at the wrong thing because I just can't think of healthy alternatives sigh
I think I need to maybe save my HE B to eat then

ChocolateZombiesmakemefat · 30/10/2012 17:39

Bloody hell a Roses tin came in today and was promptly opened :( I have no willpower around these sweets

Huffpot · 31/10/2012 06:11

The problem is just stopping at one isn't it?

Arsehole christmas food season :-(

FairhairedandFrustrated · 31/10/2012 09:01

Huff, you're the same as me chick, I tend to go all day eating very little but all good stuff, then come night time im raiding cupboards, so I've started saving my heB for night time.

I either have my toast or 2 hifis at that time, sometime with a hot chocolate if I'm aiming for a sugar fix!!

I've not been too bad this week either do hoping for a loss of some kind!!

Am off the rest of this week, and maybe taking kids to fireworks tonight, but should be ok if we have dinner before we go!

Good luck to all if you for DOD! X

ChocolateZombiesmakemefat · 31/10/2012 12:06

I don't mind doing the list so pm me when you have been to get weighed. Smile

SilverSky · 31/10/2012 12:12

Can anyone join in? Grin

Joined SW last week and I am MORTIFIED to learn that bananas are not that good for weight loss.

I've got three glorious stone to shift. All baby weight. Some from Boy1 and most from Boy2. Post birth I was still eating enough for two and enjoying lovely lovely snacks and treats.

Only been a few days and I'm already eating better. Typically I'd skip lunch and snack etc so it's working out well for me. Dreading the weigh in.

SilverSky · 31/10/2012 12:13

Bon = bin!

ChocolateZombiesmakemefat · 31/10/2012 15:18

SilverSky you will find yourself in good company Grin

Your first weigh in after starting will be fine, you will be amazed how much comes off that first week, stick with it and see

grimRiaper · 31/10/2012 17:37

bugger, forgot it was DoD, despite having WI-ed. Will PM you post-haste.

heading out to a halloween supper with friends, which may or may not involve manual labour before supper...

been to town today, impossible to buy much of a halloween costume for the boys as the shops are clearing their shelves and putting out the xmas stuff. I am not dressing up but may put on some slap[hwink]

good luck for DoD guys, and happy halloween [hsmile]

grimRiaper · 31/10/2012 17:40

can't PM you choc, I keep getting an error message[hhmm], 1lb loss for me this week,

SlimJimBra · 31/10/2012 19:04

Hello SilverSky I was in your position 10 months ago. I've lost 3st 10lb of baby weight now though:)

Will pm you now Choc

SilverSky · 31/10/2012 19:23

Fantastic Slim! Are you following SW? I must say since starting I'm farting like a trooper. That will calm down. Right? Blush

SilverSky · 31/10/2012 19:27

Is anyone doing SW whilst also breastfeeding like wot I am?

SlimJimBra · 31/10/2012 20:32

I think I'm getting an error message when I try to pm you Choc :(
I gained 1/2 lb this week but I'm still under target so that's fine :)

SlimJimBra · 31/10/2012 20:36

I was bring DS when I started but he dropped his last feed about 3 months ago. Are you in a group? If so did the leader give you extra advice about bfing? There's a leaflet about sw whilst pg or bring - basically you get extra hexA choices and the number depends on how old your lo is and/or if they are weaning or exclusively bf. Yes, I lost all that on sw in 9 months :)

SlimJimBra · 31/10/2012 20:37

Bring = bfing (stupid computer thinks it's cleverer than me!)

ChocolateZombiesmakemefat · 31/10/2012 22:45

Got 3 PMs from Ria and 4 PMs from Slim, think my message box has gone crazy!!!

Anyone else out there with a result????
