Low Carb Bootcamp Bonanza Challenge - The Spreadsheet of Marvellousness

Here it is!

Thanks to FiddleDeFat for organising the spreadsheet.

Add yourself and put your starting weight in for today (don't touch any of the blue columns!)

Thankfully the scales have moved down again for me - only by a tiny amount, but I'm now at my lowest weight! Hopefully the stickiness of the last few weeks is now over. I'm targeting a 4lb weight loss over the next two weeks - I hope that's achievable. That would take me within a couple of pounds of my target of 9 stone 7.

Woo hoo! That's over half a stone, by my calculations since you started - very well done!

Thanks

Thank you Grin an thanks so much for all your help!! X

Our last weigh-in today!

I've dropped by 9lbs over the whole of Bootcamp, which averages out at 0.6lbs per week. I'm pretty pleased with that overall, given that I've been away 3 times during the period, carried on drinking at the weekends (and sometimes during the week if I've been away or been out). And I can certainly and very honestly say that I have not felt deprived.

I'm now 4 1/2 lbs away from my original first target of 9 stone 7. I know this is going to take me some time to reach, especially as we go on holiday in less than a fortnight, but I'm happy to carry on eating like this.

NigellasGuest · 30/07/2012 09:25

Have just weighed in - STS for me - away for 5 days from today, with no scales. I am aiming to come back to another loss though! Bye all.

WillieWaggledagger · 30/07/2012 13:16

1lb down this week, which is better than 1lb up

i can't believe i have lost 23lb over the whole of boot camp - nearly 2st! i hadn't realised until i looked at the spreadsheet

TooImmatureTurtleDoves · 30/07/2012 13:17

1 lb down - this is good given that there was a bit of cheating plus one v silly mistake (looked at sugar content of soups and picked chicken mulligatawny as being lowest, which has potatoes and rice in it Blush). I'm now 10 stone 7. Not quite at target no.1 (10 stone 5 for a stone off since starting this WOE), but that's 12lbs off, so not at all bad!

Is the spreadsheet carrying on? I know Bootcamp isn't, but please, please, please, Fiddle, can we keep the marvellous spreadsheet? It keeps me focused.

TeamGBIWI · 30/07/2012 14:28

Bye Nigella - have a great time.

Well done, Willie! I think it's a really key point that you make there, that you didn't realise how much you'd lost. It's so easy to focus on the day-by-day, and to think that you're not losing - we need to step back every now and then to see how it's actually working for us. I had thought that my own performance was pretty rubbish - largely because I STS for a number of weeks, but I too was pleasantly surprised when I looked at my start weight.

GreenEyesAndHam · 30/07/2012 19:54

A STS for me. So a pretty miserable failure considering my two week target of 4lbs off Grin

But actually it's fine, it was a half hearted attempt anyway tbh. I'm happy

TeamGBIWI · 31/07/2012 06:24

I'd like to say, at the end of the BBC - as well as the end of the whole 15 weeks - a massive thank you to FiddledeFat for creating the Spreadsheet of Marvellousness, and for maintaining it throughout.

It has evidently been an integral part of the whole thing, and I am hugely grateful to her, and the time she has spent doing this for us all

Thanks
FiddleDeFat · 01/08/2012 21:50

Oh, it was my pleasure BIWI. And now for the final results:

Biggest Loser of the Week: MsRinsky with 3lbs
Biggest Total Loser: FiddleDeFatDH with 31lbs
Biggest Total %age Loser: WillieWaggledagger with 14.6% of bodyweight lost.

And Biggest Bootcamp Bonanza Challenge Loser: emmak86 with 7.7lbs lost over the last 2 weeks.

Our combined weight loss over the last 15 weeks is a staggering 28 stone!

Well done everyone.
