Go on, you know you want to ...

Looks like 5 pounds off, woohoo!

RadioSilence · 02/07/2012 08:32

The pound that came off last week went back on this week which is normal for me. If I am true to form then this coming week should see a bigger loss , so here's hoping.

BIWItheBold · 02/07/2012 08:35

5lbs! Brilliant.

Fingers crossed, Radio ...

I'm still plodding downwards with 1.6lbs off. This may be about to change as its little boy's birthday party today and I've baked a superb rainbow cake (even if I do say so myself).

I won't be about much today/tomorrow but I will be back late tomorrow to make sure the spreadsheet is up-to-date and post this weeks Awards - I will NOT bring cake for the winners!

MsRinky · 02/07/2012 09:54

Another 2lb off this week.

TooImmatureTurtleDoves · 02/07/2012 09:55

Nuts. The spreadsheet is showing a gain of only 0.5 lb, but I actually got down to 10 stone 11 on Friday, ruined it all weekend and am back to 11 stone 1 today. Angry with myself. Right, have learned my lesson - will be much more careful from here on in.

Livelongandprosper · 02/07/2012 09:56

Another pound off! I'm maintaining so a pound off is unexpected but very welcome. I wasn't sure I was doing a very good job of maintaining but I obviously am.

I sent BIWI's bootcamp rules to a RL friend who is not a mumsnetter and she's lost 13lbs over the past 4 weeks.

teaandthorazine · 02/07/2012 09:58

Can someone put me on the spreadsheet, my phone doesn't like it! Today I am 10st 3 Grin

My stomach is actually almost FLAT. For the first time EVER. Honestly, I genuinely can't remember a time in my adult life when my tummy was flat. I look lean. It is truly amazing!

QueenStromba · 02/07/2012 10:03

2.5 pounds down this week :)

QueenStromba · 02/07/2012 10:04

Done for you Tea.

good morning everyone

0.5 off (net loss after 2lb gain over weekend)

PMMummy · 02/07/2012 12:12

Not sure of my true loss as only weighed on Sat afternoon when I first starting my new and wonderful way of eating, but this morning it's showing a 4 lb loss from that figure ????? Grin

leanbh21 · 02/07/2012 13:16

8s6lb for me so 2lb on but I had a carby weekend so it's better than I expected and I'm pleased I didn't bung the 12lb right back on which is what I expected would happen.

MNP · 02/07/2012 19:12

A premature celebration of loosing 15lbs this year sees me back to the same as last week, Fx'd the additional weight will come back off this week.

Twit · 02/07/2012 21:47

Am now 9 1/2 stone aye thank you Grin Can't remember what I was last time I showed up on this weigh in so some-one geeky clever will need to help me out. Am off to read the linky at the top of the thread.

BIWItheBold · 02/07/2012 21:49

Brilliant, Twit!

BIWItheBold · 02/07/2012 21:58

Eh?!

OP posts:
Twit · 02/07/2012 22:11

Just... well... what do I do? Blush

FiddleDeFat · 02/07/2012 22:28

Hi Twit, there hasn't been a weigh in from you for a while so your data got sent to the archive tab on the spreadsheet. Not to worry, it's not drastic and I've reinstated you now. Smile I've guesstimated your weight loss from week 3 onwards, so if you want to change the details, feel free.

Welcome back and fantastic weight loss!

Amaxapax · 02/07/2012 22:32

That spreadsheet is the most impressive thing I have ever seen. When I weighed myself this morning I was 11st 13. Do I need to add that to the spreadsheet?

FiddleDeFat · 02/07/2012 22:39

Of course! Just change the number that is under today's date for you and watch yourself magically lose another pound. Grin

Twit · 02/07/2012 22:42

Ah thanks FiddleDeFat (do I know you? Not being rude or anything but I've been awol from MN for a while and feel lost and confused). As long as those numbers you've put in mean I am now 91/2 stone I'm happy Grin. I haven't weighed myself since... erm... yonks ago but then I haven't been 91/2 stone for ages either. (do you get that I'm quietly cheerful about that?) Wink. The spreadsheet is amazing though, many thanks for it.
