Yip, don't panic. 9 1/2 stones = 133lbs. So you've lost a whopping 17lbs since the start of bootcamp in April. Well done Ms Slinky!

Twit · 02/07/2012 23:12

It is indeed thanks - but now need to get focused for holiday.

SpringGoddess · 03/07/2012 10:00

After a week of holidaying and eating out 3 times a day, I had returned enthusiastically but the flu hit me hard on Monday morning - cant face up to the scales just yet - dh is trying his best to feed me low carbs but the chicken soup he picked up from the supermarket had potatoes in it and 15g of carbs per serving - I can't really complain - he's a brilliant dh 99% of the time but a bit crap around ill people - he stays as far away from me as possible - so I'm stuck in bed with only an iPad for company. Sad

BIWItheBold · 03/07/2012 13:23

Sorry to hear you're ill Sad. Don't worry too much about the scales - just concentrate on getting well.

Did you have a lovely holiday?

OP posts:
SpringGoddess · 03/07/2012 21:11

Thanks BIWI I had a lovely break - met up with some old friends, climbed some hills, got very muddy, tried to eat low carb mostly but I am always tempted by fabulous puddings - they taste so damned good and restaurant puds are the only ones I allow myself to go off plan with.

Bank balance has been drained now so no eating out for a while - just as well. Low carbing worked better today - drank gallons of water to try and flush the bug out of my system.

FiddleDeFat · 03/07/2012 23:39

Spreadsheet now updated. (Imaginary) prizes go to:

Biggest Loser of the Week: Heartstart with a fantastic loss of 7.5lbs - and it's not even her first week!
Biggest Total Loser todate: my DH, who is looking mighty fine
Biggest Total Percentage Loser todate: GreenEyesandHam with a massive loss of 13.8% of bodyweight.

Well done to all losers!

FiddleDeFat · 03/07/2012 23:41

And our collective total weight loss to-date is 37 and a half stones.

mumat39 · 03/07/2012 23:50

Hello Biwi

Which thread do I go to if I want to start this please?

Congrats on all the success so far.

Thanks

FiddleDeFat · 03/07/2012 23:59

mumat39 - The chat thread is here. It has all the rules at the top. Welcome aboard.

FiddleDeFat · 04/07/2012 00:07

And another interesting statistic. Our average starting weight was 170.64lb (12 stone 3 pounds). So we have lost 3.07 of us in 11 weeks!

Ilovemyteddy · 04/07/2012 08:20

Have been on hols for two weeks and have dropped off the spreadsheet. Put on 4lbs in two weeks which, considering what I ate, wasn't too bad. I'm 183.8lbs. Can someone put me back on the spreadsheet please?

FiddleDeFat · 04/07/2012 08:34

Sorry Ilovemyteddy, I just put you in the archive section last night - I normally do that after three Mondays have passed with no updates. But I have reinstated you now.

Welcome back, hope you had a lovely holiday.

SpringGoddess · 04/07/2012 08:59

Finally plucked up the courage to weigh myself this morning and I can't quite believe the scales - I now weigh 9st 7lbs, was convinced I'd have gained but it looks like I shrunk my jeans in the tumble drier instead!!!. I didn't overeat on my holidays but I drank gallons of wine and at least once a day I made off plan choices. I have a busy social calendar and more holidays coming up - not complaining ,it just makes dieting a little more tricky - I need to keep to keep to the rules as much as possible to stop myself permanently derailing.
Still struggling with relaxing into maintenance.

PenisVanLesbian · 04/07/2012 14:24

I weighed today and have lost 2.6 kilos (5.7lbs) in 9 days or so.
