Enter your latest weight in the spreadsheet

I've finally managed to wrestle another half pound off, and am reporting in today at 9.13 and 1/2 (again!). I don't know what's going on with me. I have weeks of eating really well, keeping the alcohol down, going to the gym for brutal workouts and nothing happens. I go away for a long weekend and drink Rome dry, then drop. I have had another partying weekend (cricket club dinner on Friday, 50th birthday/wedding party last night) and drop again!

Drinking wine must be good for me!

Grin

Anyway, I'm starting this thread now because I'm off very early in the morning to Athens. I am there until Thursday evening with work, and managing to fit in a day for me on Thursday for a spot of sunshine/sightseeing.

I don't mind sharing my biggest loser crown, I only lost so much this week because I put on weight the week before on my holiday.

Lovely to have some slightly more zaftig company - all the talk of getting into the 9 stone range was making me fell a bit like I'll be here like Billy No Mates on my own still plodding away six months from now, while all you target-hitters skip off into the sunset. Long way to go for me.

mindgone · 13/06/2012 19:48

MsRinky, that is most generous of you, thank you! It won't be me though this week!
Betty, agree heartily! Here's to big boned ladies!

leanbh21 · 13/06/2012 21:04

Starting this week. Starting weight 9st2lb. Target 8st2lb.

SharonGless · 13/06/2012 23:03

Ms rinky, in it for the long term here. Even if I get to goal I will be maintaining and the support on here has kept me going.

londonone · 14/06/2012 23:42

Sharon- had an amazing holiday, thanks for asking. Even did some rock climbing which I would have struggled with before losing almost two stone on this woe!

BettySuarez · 16/06/2012 09:07

Quick question - on Monday do we add our weight in ourselves onto the spreadsheet?

NigellasGuest · 16/06/2012 12:30

Betty yes we do or if you're nervous about that I'm sure someone will do it for you! BUT having said that, it is really really easy and I say that as someone who is spreadsheet-phobic. I was anxious about mucking the whole thing up but was pleased to find it really easy - you don't need to download or resave or any of that stuff - just put the thingy on the relevant box, type the numbers and close it. (I think)

FiddleDeFat · 16/06/2012 13:10

Betty - there will be a new weigh-in thread Sun/Mon for you to post and boast about your weight loss. Please do add your updated weight to the spreadsheet under Monday's date, but if you don't want to that's okay too. I'll come along at some point and make sure the spreadsheet's up-to-date with what everyone has posted.

BIWItheBold · 16/06/2012 13:43

Thank you everyone, that is great. I do break virtually everything I touch Grin so good to know it's full proof!

BettySuarez · 16/06/2012 16:27

Or even foolproof Wink

Are we on week 10? i am so confused - wandering around MN looking for the most recent thread.

I am still low-carbing (of sorts). Just had a lush lunch of Portobello Mushroom with a slice of goats cheese on top and baked. I'll post the full recipe on the recipe thread. It is reet lush.

Can someone point me in the direction of the latest thread where you are all doing brilliantly and I am too scared to post? I need a good, hard, kick up the arse.
