I blush to confess a gain of 2lbs. How rubbish is that? Excuse: DS is on week 3 of stinking cold and we have been up a minimum of 3 times a night for the last two weeks and I've been comfort-eating/stoking up on chocolate. However.... last night, we were only up once, which I hope means that we've turned the corner so I'm back on the straight and narrow road as of now!!!!

OK, weighing in this week at 9 stone 9lb, that's two pounds down from a fortnight ago. Still recovering from 'flu so everything tastes nasty, which helps keep the weight down. Good luck everyone, we'll all get there!

No change from last week. 10st 3lb!

I have exactly a fortnight today until my 40th!!! and I wanted to be down near 9st7lb mark!!
No chance of that happening now! At least the children are back at school and nursery again, get back to my 3 walks a day again...fingers crossed they don't end up with the lurgies again!

12st 9 for me. Up a pound. Cant get back in the swing after week in hospital then half term week. Not an excuse though, the weight comes from lots of eating the wrong thing.

No change for me last week. Thought I might have gained a bit as dd was poorly for several days which meant I had no physical activity to burn off calories. Luckily, I didn't gain, but didn't lose either. Hope I can refocus this week now that school is back in session and dd is well.

Lost 1lb. Biggest weakness is baklava, cake and those lovely samosas from the deli around the corner but I allow myself these a couple of days a week. Also still eat out once a week (used to eat out up to three times a week!) but behave the rest of the time. Still not exercising!

Hooray, lost another pound so 10st 3lb. I went back to work this week and had hoped to shift the whole stone but I'm only 3lb short so quite pleased with myself.

Since going back to work, I've not had time to eat anything during the day other than lunch and fruit and I rush around all day which is good exercise in itself. Here's hoping the last 3lb drop off soon

1/2 lb on this week but as the chart cant show halves im ok! I get to stay the same!!! Af this week and 4 day headache.Got my choc tasting club winner selection in the post today so probably put loads on today!New start tomorrow! More exercise this week.I Promise!!!!

I'm late as well, sorry. Can't remember where I was last week, but I think I've lost the pesky weight I gained last week. I'm 11st 9lbs again now. Going swimming this afternoon after a two week break, so at least I'll have done some exercise.

Another late one here, apologies for that, I am very pleased to report a 1lb loss this week, took me ages to loose this pound but well another one off. I am now 12 stone.

I'm almost recovered so I will be back with you girls now, I did check my weight this morning and was pleasantly surprised that I'd stayed the same - I haven't exactly been good as I've been eating what I fancy.

Hello. Didn't weigh in last week as all three kids were ill and didn't get to Slimming world. In the last 2 weeks have also had my birthday (indian meal out) DH's surprise 40th (meal at a pub) and have not really stuck to the plan very well at all because of all of the above (mainly kids being ill altogether!! Stress!!)

But was pleasantly surprised to discover last night at SW that I have only gained half a pound.. which puts me at 11 stone 3 and a half. I think I got away with murder!!

So back on wagon now.. and looking forward to a nice loss next week.

Stick at it everyone..

sorry for lateness...we are all poorly still here so everything a bit hectic...1lb on for me as well ...illness not affected my appetite! If anything I am turning to food as a substitute for sleep!

Thanks for all the hard work on the charts. I will make a huge effort next week (think I may have said that before)
