I am starting this thread instead of BIWI as I have created the spreadsheet so we can count up the total weightloss for us all (and graphs etc in order to satisfy my geeky urges).

I have put the names in alphabetical order so names are easier for people to find. Please put your 'current weight' in pounds or kilos, it doesn't matter, I'll SORT IT AHT.

So sorry prettybird :( Having a drink to celebrate her life is a wonderful thing to do, but I know that not having a mum is always hard. I lost my mum about 4 years ago, and miss her terribly.

If I'd realised we were going to drink the whole bottle (I was only going to have a glass Blush), then I'd have let dh open one of our good bottles of bubbly Grin

Anyway, no wine today and apart from the muller lite and the banana for a Kate breakfast I've been very good. Smile No change in weight - but it's Blush been two days since I had a "movement" (usually as regular as clockwork first thing in the morning).

Are we weighing tomorrow? am 11.13 today. That's a 6 pound loss since Monday. Can't believe it given the massive dinner I ate yesterday!

I'm going to weigh-in officially tomorrow I think, to have a chance to undo the effects of last night's Thai meal Angry

I know that Thai food is the most difficult on low carb, but everything I chose last night, that seemed like a good choice on the menu, turned out to be sweet/have some kind of sweet element.

So best I can hope for tomorrow is 'no change'.

Morning all I came on to post my weight loss but happy to leave it until tomorrow too. For the record have lost 4lbs so happy with that after the lasagne mid week blip!

Weighing in...i'm 10st13! That's in the 10's!!! 12lb off since the start!!! I can't believe it, is that even possible? I must have been massively water retentiony at the start from my previously terrible diet of living mostly on biscuits and chocs with a big evening meal and wine.

I have proper digital scales and do feel a bit slimmer but not significantly Confused or maybe I was deluded about how fat my arse really was at the start?!

From past experience I know i'll see more of an effect on my body from now on if i keep on losing. Grin

Well that pesky pound has not dropped off so my total still stands at 6lbs. Same as Thursday. However I think Monday should be official weigh in day as that will give the result for a full 7 days lowcarb. And of course I may have lost more by then.

I was in a foul mood yesterday. It was like really bad PMT (it wasn't that), and I had masses of food all day. Felt starving constantly. Now I presume I am in ketosis by now so this must have been some kind of emotional/hormonal hunger.

All the food was low carb thankfully but it was a hard day.

I think I must have also been carrying alot of water due to very high carb & wine diet previously Blush

mummyduff - 8lbs is fab! But it's even better when your clothes fit well, isn't it? I'm really enjoying being able to access more and more of my wardrobe, instead of looking at a whole load of stuff that shrieks 'too tight' at me!

I have lost another pound, this morning I weighed 9st 3lbs. That's 6 altogether! I can't quite believe it, that's a pound a day.

I'm only 1 pound off my total but my real objective has been already met - I have lived for 6 days on something other than biscuits and sweets and I am thinking about the meals I cook for myself not topping up the biscuits with an evening meal of mashed potato and baked beans because I can't be bothered and I love the sweet taste.

I can't believe how well some of you have done!

I have lost another lb but would be happy to weigh in tomorrow.

My baby belly seems to really have shrunk, this is the first diet I have done that has lost the weight where I need it, it instead of round the slimmer bits.

OK BIWI here's my week, i've drunk gallons of water plus one or two coffees with a splash of milk and I have been mostly eating...

Monday
B: slice of parma ham

L: 2 egg mushroom omelette and a tomato

S: slice of parma ham and two slices parmesan

D: Salad with bacon, avocado and a sprinkle of parmesan

Tuesday
B: salami
L: 2 egg omelette with mushrooms and half a shallot and cucumber with vinegrette
S: Chunk of cheddar
D: salmon fillet, spring greens and mashed swede

Wednesday
B: Jarlsburg cheese slices, cucumber and a slice of salami

L: Stir fried veg with egg ribbons (wo eggs whisked and fried into a flat disc in chilli oil, 100g ready prepared mixed stirfry stuff fried and mixed with the shedded egg slosh of soy sauce)
S: Few bits of roasted courgette and a couple of slices of salami
D: flat mushrooms stuffed with leek and blue cheese with garlicky spinach and celariac chips

Thursday
B: salami and cheese,
L: Prawn and veg stirfry (as yesterday but 100g king prawns instead of egg)
D: Smoked salmon and asparagus frittata with avocado and lettuce salad.

Friday
B: leftover frittata
L: Cauli soup (from the recipe thread)
D: Lasagna made with grilled aubergine instead of pasta sheets and a small glass of red wine.

Saturday
B: Scrambled eggs and fried mushrooms
L: Curried cauli soup (as per yesterday)
S: celery and blue cheese
D: @restaurant - olives, garlic king prawns and chorizo, steak with melted cheese and creamy mushroom sauce, bit of salad and broccoli, coffee and cream 2 x large glasses red wine.
