KeepOrfThemCarbs · 18/04/2012 21:22

I am starting this thread instead of BIWI as I have created the spreadsheet so we can count up the total weightloss for us all (and graphs etc in order to satisfy my geeky urges).

I have put the names in alphabetical order so names are easier for people to find. Please put your 'current weight' in pounds or kilos, it doesn't matter, I'll SORT IT AHT.

Totally understand why you're sloshing so much. It's because you are absolutely sloshed.

smokinaces · 27/04/2012 17:56

Rather proud of myself today. Alarm didn't go off so was up an hour late. Still managed to have my water and omlette for breakfast in between washing hair/straightening hair/make up/ kids and made a ham salad for lunch too - all in 45 minutes and wasn't late :-)

Had lump of cheese and peanuts as snack as starving Marvin today it seems. And a headache which is odd.

Pork belly with courgette, shallot, tomato and mushroom in the oven.

Anyone else sleeping loads though? My sky planner is stuffed cos I is in bed at nine!!

RatherBeOnThePiste · 27/04/2012 18:51

CheersWine

Moggiemad · 28/04/2012 11:54

Thanks BIWI, I am feeling a bit better, largely due to loads of painkillers. The blisters are going though. I`ll rejoin you all as soon as I can.

Moggiemad · 28/04/2012 12:06

Thanks to all of you who expressed sympathy, I am slowly on the mend and will be back low carbing ASAP. I`m still figuring out how to use this site so please excuse any mistakes!
Moggie (with spots)

get well soon moggiemad x x

BerylStreep · 28/04/2012 16:45

Poor you Moggie, shingles sounds awful.

I'm in Paris at the moment, having a bit of a rest at the hotel, after all the walking today. I have been very good. Had a delicious eggy starter last night - baked eggs in cream, tarragon and cheese, then salmon and ratatouille (didn't have much of the ratatouille).

Today I had charcuterie for brekkie, omelette and salad for lunch, and have just had smoked salmon rillette for a snack. I love French food!

BerylStreep · 28/04/2012 18:02

Unfortunately, French food doesn't like my DH. He's developed awful runs. Looks like I'll be eating out by myself tonight.

doradoo · 29/04/2012 07:20

Had to weigh in today as not around tomorrow - so today was 81,8kg which is about a kilo down this week I think.

Good luck losers!

gothicmama · 29/04/2012 07:57

9 12 today but I know what I need to do (don't get stressed and work And have too much cafeine and chocolate to cheer me up or get me through)

Fava · 29/04/2012 09:32

Moggiemad- glad to hear you're feeling a bit better and I hope you get better soon.

I lost 1 more pound, yippee.

I was dreading this morning as I finally cave in yesterday and had some brazil nut, a small bowl of berries and red wine. Blush

BIWIWhoMustBeObeyed · 29/04/2012 09:41

Sorry to hear that, Beryl. How is your DH this morning? Did you have to eat out on your own in the end?

Good news, doradoo and Fava

I'm also weighing in today, and am delighted to be weighing in at 9.13 (and a quarter). Almost half a stone for me in the last two weeks!

GreenEyesAndHam · 29/04/2012 10:42

Current weight - 129lb

That's a 3lb loss this week, bringing my bootcamp total to 9lb, yay!!

Thanks again BIWI & GetOrf Thanks

Livelongandprosper · 29/04/2012 10:48

Weighing in today at 9st 2lbs! My target weight so I am very happy. The mirror tells me I shouldn't lose any more as my face and neck are starting to look a bit scraggy (it's me age y'know)

Bum and thighs could do with a bit more off but as someone famous once said, when you get to a certain age you have to chose between your face and your ass. Not many people see my ass so I'm choosing the face.

Ooh, by the way, my hot flushes have dramatically reduced! They were waking me several times a night but I haven't been woken once whilst on bootcamp. I must have been fuelling them with sugar and carbohydrate.

BIWIWhoMustBeObeyed · 29/04/2012 10:52

Hurrah! To weight loss and lack of hot flushes!

DistantShip · 29/04/2012 11:43

Weighing in at 11st 10lbs today (after wine last night). Total boot camp loss = 6lbs.

BerylStreep · 29/04/2012 17:42

Thanks BIWI, DH is much better today. I couldn't face eating out by myself, so ended up having some almonds and a few slices of salami in the room. Anyway, he has been well enough to do some sight seeing today, although everywhere in Paris is soo busy!

BIWIWhoMustBeObeyed · 29/04/2012 17:43

Hopefully you are having better weather than we are here?!

Hepsibaaah · 29/04/2012 18:09

Weighing in, final weight loss for bootcamp is 5lbs, current weight now 135lbs. My goal was 6lbs off so a little disappointed, but even more determined to hit 130lbs (around 9 stone 3), going to move over to the week 3 thread now!

ohforfoxsake · 30/04/2012 06:23

Finishing boot-camp at 11 st 10. Started at 12.5.

Am continuing boot-camping for tr next fortnight, switching to boot-camp light for the weekends (have weddings to go to).

Pretty chuffed. Hope to be 11.5 by the end of it - that'll be a stone in a monthGrin

doradoo · 30/04/2012 06:29

Managed a weigh in this a.m - have new super body analysis scales which yesterday weighed me 200g more than the wii so on them was 82kg - today am 81.5 so that's another 500g gone and a total of 1.8kg in bootcamp (almost all of it in the past couple of days!)

Will carry on as I am and see how much further we get - target one under the 80mark.

mummyduff · 30/04/2012 07:08

Morning all, weighed in at 9st 6lb which is a total loss of 9lb Grin

It slowed down this last week but I knew it would.

smokinaces · 30/04/2012 07:22

Morning. 154 and a weeny bit. So calling it 154. So did my 7lb on the nose. Just another 14 to go to target :-)
