I am starting this thread instead of BIWI as I have created the spreadsheet so we can count up the total weightloss for us all (and graphs etc in order to satisfy my geeky urges).

I have put the names in alphabetical order so names are easier for people to find. Please put your 'current weight' in pounds or kilos, it doesn't matter, I'll SORT IT AHT.

Starting weight 10 st 7lbs, current weight 10 st 7lbs - I've been good, honest, Guv. On the plus side, it's getting easier to resist crappy food . I turned down cake yesterday

Starting weight 10st 10lb. Current weight 10st 8lb 2lbs lost!

And my DP who has also been low carbing with me has lost 5lb so is feeling very smug!

I started at 10 st 12.5lbs.

Now 10st 8.5lbs.

No change from yesterday, but I am pleased with 4lbs!

BTW - those of you have male partners also doing this - please don't compare your weight loss to theirs. Men lose weight more easily and faster than women.

You will only depress yourself by making the comparison!

Agree totally with Biwi. My husband (6ft, slim 13 stone) lost half a stone in 2 weeks just because he didn't eat pasta- no other changes to diet.

Another one here whose dh lost weight in half the time - we both had the same amount to lose he hit his target a few weeks ago and what's worse he has lost even more since stopping - 'snot fair!

very pleased - my trousers fit better!

Also I am going to donate a pound for every pound I lose to refuge. Will donate on monthly basis so that makes it easier

I will do the spreadsheet stuff tonight - can't at the month as am on phone on train - and will add those people who I have left off (sorry).

Also agree about men and weight-loss.

My DH has cut out eating rubbish food and has lost 20lb in the same time as I have been LC and lost 32. I'm now stuck and he's lost 2lb this week already He's vair competitive and was vair vair pleased with himself this morning

Starting weight 12st exactly, today no change (lost 2lbs and then gained it again).

Starting weight 9st 12 lb and this morning 9st 10 lbs.

Was migrainey at the beginning of the week so had to cheat because sweet carbs calm the beast, at least for a while. But much better yesterday and today.

2lbs is good twit....it will be 4.5 by Monday if it keeps going at this rate!

I'm sure for everyone, by Monday we will be seeing a big jump, especially if ketosis is only kicking in for some people now. Still not sure I'm in it, though

Have re-weighed myself after, well TMI alert, I have 'been' and had my lunch and seem to have lost a furhter pound
it didn't seem that big

SO to recap I have lost 3lbs so if you could put that on your spreadsheet rather than the measly two it would be great

I know LAcka but you see others here doing well and losing more and it feels like getting through the last few days wasn't really worth it.
But anyhoo that's 3lbs off, ok?

I wouldn't bank on that much to be honest - you aren't exactly Two Ton Tessie at the moment, so it won't drop off you that quickly!

I reckon 5-7lbs would be a really good loss. (But don't hold me to it!!!)

started at 12.5, today I weigh 12.0.4. I consider that 5 pounds off.

Unfortunately I have just inhaled half an easter egg I blame being awake from 4 am for no good reason whatsoever. I know, i know, I've let you down, I've let BIWI down, but most of all, I've let myself down.

I am walking 3 - 4 miles a day. The dog is knackered.
