Jacaqueen · 24/04/2012 14:04

Thanks for all the hard work Keepoff. It is really motivating to see the % loss all set out like that.

After bootcamp I would like to carry on with this.

NotMostPeople · 24/04/2012 14:10

Thank you Keepoff, am loving the % very satisfying.

slowlyburningcalories · 24/04/2012 14:29

Thank you KeepOrf Thanks

PorkyandBess · 24/04/2012 14:35

Thanks KeepOrf.

I am feeling very motivated again today (had an attack of the blahs the last few days). I have just done a shocker of a spinning class and felt really good. I had thought the lack of carbs might have killed me.

Schnarkle · 24/04/2012 15:11

Wow that's fantastic. Thanks for all the work to get this going BIWI and KeepOrf.

KeepOrfThemCarbs · 24/04/2012 15:31

Hi badcat I have put you back on the list, so you will be there when we weigh in on Thursday. Smile

I intend to keep using this spreadsheet - I am a VERY SAD LOSER and have got it set up for 15 weigh ins (colour coded as well).

my name is getorf and I am a geek

OP posts:
elliephant · 24/04/2012 15:57

3lbs down on Sunday Grin
2lbs up on MondaySad

Who knew a a little sliver of cake and a gallon drop of vodka could do so much damage. OK, OK, hands up ,I knew.

Back on the wagon, down another lb today so that's a total of 2lbs as of now . Can you please put me back on the Losers list pleeze KeepOrf - promise I'll behave this week ?

KeepOrfThemCarbs · 24/04/2012 16:07

Put you back in ellie - so you will appear on the list Thursday.

mummyduff · 24/04/2012 16:19

Thanks KeepOrf and well done Fauxfox Grin

BerylStreep · 24/04/2012 16:21

Hi,
Sorry I missed yesterday's weigh in. I am 88.2kg today (please let me get to the 87s, please), so 2.2kg in total so far.

Had a bit of a slip on Sat night, with some cava. We had friends round for a meal, but I am pleased I resisted the crisps, rolls, garlic bread, potato salad, profiteroles and chocolates!

PrettyBird, so sorry to hear about your Mum. Sad

BIWIWhoMustBeObeyed · 24/04/2012 16:32

I tell you what impresses me most - how many people have stuck with it. I was amazed how many signed up (oh the pressure and the responsibility!) but I'm even more so that we're still pretty much all here!

Smile
RatherBeOnThePiste · 24/04/2012 16:34

I'm still here, and still being good Grin

Jacaqueen · 24/04/2012 16:42

I think quite a lot of us had done low carb before but just needed this push to re start.

I love the Bi-weekly official weigh ins.
I love the recipe ideas.
I love the sharing of information
I love the support

KeepOrfThemCarbs · 24/04/2012 16:48

I know - I think it's extraordinary that out of 80 odd who originally signed up, we still have 69 who are still boot camping. That is a really high amount of people to stick with something like this.

I agree the support is marvellous, and the recipe thread is brilliant.

OP posts:
smokinaces · 24/04/2012 16:51

The twice weekly weigh ins are fab. And agree - I think a lot of us have done it before so found it easier to slot back into for a weight boost.

What's the plan after Sunday. Do you all go poof and disappear like Cinderella at midnight?!

BIWIWhoMustBeObeyed · 24/04/2012 16:57

I'm more than happy to continue, albeit not with Bootcamp rules! not that many people seem to be following these

We could move into Phase 2. Will have to think what that means in terms of next set of rules for everyone to ignore

RatherBeOnThePiste · 24/04/2012 17:01

ignoring rules? Hmm

MrsNouveauRichards · 24/04/2012 17:58

Yes, definitely need help with phase 2! I don't want to pile it all back on.

JaxTellerIsMyFriend · 24/04/2012 18:50

arent rules made to be broken? Grin

Hepsibaaah · 24/04/2012 19:05

Thanks to keeporf, well done to everyone!!

Hepsibaaah · 24/04/2012 19:10

Oh, and marking my place for phase two, completely agree with what jacaqueen said, the support has been just great, exactly what I needed to keep me going

BerylStreep · 24/04/2012 20:28

I'm quite keen to continue on the bootcamp rules for as long as it takes me to get down to my target weight.

I may have the odd drink (like this weekend in Paris Smile), but I'm not ready to start introducing more cheats yet. I know what I'm like, give an inch, take a mile, and next thing I will be moaning about how I have piled the weight back on again.

I have lost 8kg since Christmas, but need to keep going.

BIWI a massive Thanks for organising this.

MariaCallous · 24/04/2012 22:37

Just wow on our amazing work. Slap on back and magazine in bed for all!
