Hello in spicy and i am 5ft3 and as of today weigh 12st 5lb, i also have high blood pressure so really need to get my act together.

So i was reading the other threads and ordered the shred i have just done level one my god im dying lol. Also have been doing zumba on wii

Now i do start out with good intentions and i do really well for a few weeks and then fall off the wagon so to speak.

I have no time scale though i am going away in june so would like to be at least a stone lighter by then.

I have lost 7lb since the start of january so its a start.

Does anyone want to join me even if its just moral support cos i need some and need help to stop eating all the time.

Hi Spicy - well done, you are doing really well!! I have been doing much better myself and got down to 11st 2lbs which is great for me, and have just got a BFP! Very happy about it but properly scuppered my dieting plans! I'm having to get my head around not eating to lose weight as such but eating healthily and trying not to put on too much weight!

I think if I can put on no more than a stone I could come out in 9 months time weighing what I do now, and I find it very easy to lose weight while breastfeeding - not sure how realistic this is.....

I desperately don't want to pile the weight on as I know I'll never shift it afterwards.

Hi murtle sorry i havent been on in a while easter hols took all my time up lol.

You are doing fantastic well done.

Im weighing in at 11st 12lbs im so chuffed.

I know how you feel about the eating i struggled with portion sizes and what i was eating ive really got that under tight control but know that if i slide mine will go back on.

Ive just got a treadmill so im doing between 2 and 3 miles a day on it at the mo plus all my normal daily stuff so not doing bad.
