Welcome to all those who left me alone on the old thread. May this one be more fruitful!

My WI today, I lost .2 kilos so basically stayed the same. A bit disappointed as I worked very hard, but at least I didn't gain. Still 10st 5.

We went shopping today and I bought slim fit jeans for the first time ever, and a dress!

My aim this week is to get below 10st. I need to go running but I've got yet another cold/virus thing so in not sure if I'll be able to...

I don't think you are meant to go running if you have a cold virus thing Obviously - cant remember why but do think it can end up quite serious. I still go to the gym but not running when I feel that way.

Hope you feel better soon & can't wait until I'm close to getting below 10st again!
