bloody hell small - it does sound a good holiday! Grin

Told you about the tomatoes - they are lush - and obviously very fattening Wink

It will soon drop off if you jump straight back into things.

I weighed in at a whopping 13 stone dead this morning. am on healthy eating extra, although I have already succombed to half a cookie a childs hot chocolate, a bread roll, smoked salmon and cream cheese.

on a positive note, I haven't overeaten, which is my huge downfall - I can really pack away vast amounts.

just been to sainsbos and bought loads of fresh salady stuff as well as strawberries and melons.

am having pork chop, jacket and salad for tea

Tortoise · 01/08/2011 19:00

Forgot to weigh myself this morning. Was too busy getting ready to take kids to park and new man brought his DS too! Taking my dogs for walk with him tomorrow too! Grin

I've done ok so far today. taken good choices. lets hope it carries on til bedtime...........and tomorrow and the day after and the day after that.......

Tortoise · 30/08/2011 16:37

Oh dear small. We will all get there one day!
I think after kids are back at school, we all need to go back to writing down what has been eaten each day. I know that helped me last time!
I also promised DD2 i could get thinner lol! She said Mummy, you got fat tummy! GrinBlush

So, i am going to enjoy this week of eating whatever i want before getting strict next week! Grin
Sausages and chips for tea!

OP posts:
Smalline · 31/08/2011 09:06

Good idea tortoiseSmile.

Don't worry Furball I'm giving myself 6 weeks to get back to where I was before (hopefully less), I've been so relaxed this holiday, can't say that I have been eating loads (apart from on holiday), but have been eating the wrong things.

We are hoping to move sometime soon, we have a buyer for our house and have found a house that we have fallen in love withSmile, keeping my fingers and toes crossed that it all goes through, having said that, I do believe that 'what will be, will be' so if the house is for us we will get it, if it's not, then it's not meant to be.

Tortoise · 31/08/2011 10:33

Hope you get the house you want, small.

Smalline · 01/09/2011 15:44

Thanks tortoise

Should have burnt a good few calories today. Cycled to friends house and back.11 miles there and 9 miles back via slightly different route! Utterly shattered! Did stop at McDonald's on way back which kind of wipes out the calories burnt lol! Kids did amazing to cycle so far. Girls went further than boys as we dropped boys off at their dads on way past! Saved him a car journey!
