Not good to confess so much badness at the start of a new thread so I'll save that for next week Blush

PMSL ass (Wink) you are so weak from nothing but cabbage soup you've lost the ability to strikethrough Grin

12 miles here, and my own brain-sieveness meant I left my v healthy salad lunch in the fridge at home so ended up with a beef & horseradish butty which was v yum but much more calorific. Travelodge we are staying on Friday night charges £4 for some cereal, a muffin and a croissant so we will be taking our own pastries for brekker and no doubt the weekend will go downhill hot-mama wise from there...

155/300. No movement on the scales yet.

-0.75 (6.5lb total). Am thinking it would be nice to make it to a round half a stone by tomorrow, but we are allowed rice today so I suspect that will be it now. Pretty amazed by the results tbh and dh will have lost nearer a stone (no exact starting weight).

Well done on the bike fjorn and I hope the scales shift a little for you tomorrow Smile

luckoftheirish · 19/05/2011 07:31

Wow again Crisp Smile.. I am in awe at your determination and that is an incredible amount of weight loss in a such a short space of time Smile

DH is starting the Atkins diet today HmmShock..i have been reading up on it for him and amazed that 1 raw tomato has 4.3 grams of carbs ShockShock... i am going to continue low carbing to help him out and we will not be having any alcohol until we go away which is in 11 days Smile.. thankful i have had none since the wedding so am already in the grooveSmile

Well done on the biking hots and fingers crossed the scales will go downwards Smile

Not sure what exercise i will manage today but will do something Smile

FjorgynAndHotWater · 19/05/2011 08:41

Wow aas that's brilliant! If it stays off I may just have to try it once half term is out of the way.

Good luck for your DH with Atkins loti

Fat burn and cardio dvd completed with sit ups..Smile

I have just been food shopping and am amazed how much carbs is in things you wouldn't think!!

Cheese salad {only v small portion of cheese} with iceberg lettuce/cucumber/4 baby toms and celery for lunch yum yum cannot wait Grin

AlsoAvailableSober · 19/05/2011 13:55

Loti i think men find Atkins a lot easier than any other diet. That said, i am yet to be convinced of its long term effects on health (especially given the early demise of Mr Atkins himself Grin)

Good DVD work there. Very disciplined.

I have just celebrated eating my last bowl of cabbage soup ever. Yay Smile. Red rice salad for lunch and mushroom risotto for tea. I must confess to being stupidly excited at the thought of a boiled egg for brekker tomorrowGrin

Exersazz roundup for the Week Of The Cabbage:

Sunday: 1hr Step circuits completed, 2k run, 6k bike
Monday: Swim 44 lengths, 1hr pilates
Tues: Shred level 3
Weds: 5k run, 5 mins powerplate
Thurs: 5k walk, 1hr tennis
