I think my time was 33.54. Will need to check the website later to confirm. Splits were 11.36 for 2.5k run, 14.35 for 10k bike and 7.43 for 400m (16 length) swim.

All buzzy now Smile

No exercise yesterday due to another wacky warehouse party for DD but on the plus side no crisps with my gin. Have done 11 miles on my bike this afternoon so 46/300 and thank goodness for the first proper Saturday exercise for aaaages!

Well done on the exercise yesterday fjorny Smile..

I only managed 10 mins of my cardio dvd yesterday..was trying to do it with dd1,dd2 and their friend but they got bored HmmGrin..

I have however just done level 3 of the shred... OH MY GOD!!!!! I have never sweated so much in all my life and feel like i have done hours in the gym!!!! Had considered doing 2 dvd today but i reckon i have really done enough GrinGrin...

Christ Loti, where do you find the time to do two DVDs a day?!?!
Just home from shift then supermarket shop and knackered after a terrible night with D. DH and the DC have not left the house today Hmm so am not best pleased. Gym closed on a Sun which is my excuse but back to it tomorrow Grin

I managed it 3 times last week so happy with that. This week is going to be V difficult thanks to DH's shifts being all over the place Am considering getting an excercise bike so I could be sitting doing that, for example, now Grin

Just another 10 miles tonight, 66/300 but done 2 school runs too and pretty good with food. Going to have to seriously up the ante as the pink dress came today and it's beautiful but too small in the bust area unless I fancy blinding folks with my ample cleavage Shock Am keeping it anyway though, plus this one which looks fab with jeans. No good for a wedding though

I have my weigh in tonight, I think I've done ok - going out on Fri night for my birthday won't have helped but feck it. I'll be nipping out during my shift for quick weigh in so forgive me if I post and run.

Didn't manage Zumba but 4 hours walking/trying on dresses in very high heels has tocount for something Hmm..

Dd2 with me all day today so soft play and swimming with both dds later.. hoping to shred when they are in bed... gonna need a miracle by friday Hmm

Another 10 from me tonight, 76/300. Not managing to claw back the deficit but at least I am doing it every day. Back at work tomorrow so easier to ignore treat stuff lying around...

Hots I wish my work was the same, it's so fecking boring in there it makes me want to stuff my face Blush I'll only get to gym twice this wk due to shifts etc. Shall have to do domething else instead Wink My Shred DVD remains in it's cellophane so may e I should unwrap that?!?

Bibi SHRED SHRED SHRED... it is a really really good workout particularly if you have the hand weights... Takes about 25 minutes and i can honestly say that you will feel you have properly worked out Smile

tummy v v bloated so i am going to increase my water even more and lay off the veggies for a day or two.. still not hopeful for friHmm

Well done LOTI Smile. I have done my circuits which i swear is like 3 shreds in a row.....

DH and i are going on the Cabbage Soup Diet for a week starting on Friday. Allegedly you can lose up to 10lbs which would be fab and take me back to my lowest weight, but i doubt this will actually happen Hmm. DH is already concerned about the lack of bread, cheese and wine Grin

Exercise wise my plan is:

Friday - shred
Sunday - 1hr step circuits and 45 minute spin (One of the girls in the creche bullied me into it Grin)
Monday - Swim 40 lengths & 1 hr pilates
Tues - Run
Weds - Circuits
Thursday - Run

So i shall be svelte and toned ready for the wedding and DH may have a chance of fitting in his suit Grin

Oh and to kick start all of this virtuousness i am off out to the pub with the girls tonight Grin
