Right, have gone on ff and am allowed 1054 cals before exercise Hmm... going for a 2lb loss a week which says i should reach goal by 10th Oct...

Have dd2 all day today so will try and go on the exercise bike at home (although this new one is rubbish) and core stability tonight!

Yes that's before exercise so any calories burned in exercise should be added to the calories allowed. Don't be starving yourself, OK? Grin

Set off running but just couldn't be arsed Blush Walked the route I was going to run anyway though, and did about half a mile of running altogether in a 3 mile walk. Came home and scoffed camembert with crusty bread for lunch

Am blaming it on my period though, hoping to feel more perky tomorrow and go running again in the evening.

Well done loti, and if it's harder work biking on your new bike it must be doing you more good Grin

Never mind sazz, just start again and be good from now on...

I did another 1.5 miles walking this aft on the school/nursery/library run and legs really aching now so must have burned a few calories. off to tidy up a lot bit now and burn a few more...

Have got through today with good food/water and exercise Smile. Am in London tomorrow and Weds, so will be extra hard to be good foodwise and no exercise. I will do my best and back to the gym on Thurs.

Just managed a quick 10pm on rubbish bike.. It's seems to take ages and I am pedalling like a mad thing Hmm

Anyway hope for another blast on it later. Not doing the full 30 minutes straight exercise but hoping these blasts will help towards actually doing the damn exercise Grin

Damn you big post full of encouragement gone into the ether [grrr]

3.2 miles door to door including two miles of running. Knee started feeling dodgy towards the end so gave up decided to walk the rest. Been mostly good with food though so a positive hotmama day today Smile

I am going spinning again today Grin tho I am not sure my under carriage will be too impressedBlush need to buy some padded leggings Grin

Not sure I have done 4 x exercises this week has been a bit stop start Confused also was out last night at jimmy spices with the mums.. All u can eat buffet Blush however I ate lots of salad so hoping for not too much damage!

Definitely not on track for my -2 this week eek

AF arrived yesterday, explaining my snack obsession on Saturday night. Ran 8k this morning outside - beautiful weather Smile. So, 3 exersazz this week including:

Ran 23k
Biked 12.5k
Swam 20 lengths
10 mins powerplate.

Lots of good cardio but i do need to do pilates/shred/circuits as my tummy and arms are looking like they have been rather abandoned Blush. I can't make my Mon pilates class any more and i have worked every weds recently (circuits day). I will work something out though....
