I have been doing Weightwatchers for over a month, I have been very careful, cheated once or twice but always got straight back onto it the next day.
I exercise rigorously 5 times a week, I walk as much as I can and STILL this fucking weight won't shift. I need to lose about 10lbs and I haven't lost a single ounce. I'm on the verge of just giving up, I mean what exactly is the point??
My clothes don't fit any better, if anything I now can't get into some trousers! What the hell is going on???
Can anyone give me inspiration? I've now tried to cut bread, pasta, potatoes and rice out of my diet as that's all I can think off. I'm so depressed that I'm just not getting anywhere.
