ASLD - wow thats a really good loss, I'm so with you on the grumpyness thing, its like hardcore PMT...........
I know what you mean about those scales, I seem to measure one thing on the wii fitplus thing, different on my bathroom scales and different again on my cdc scales. so long as I'm loosing weight its all good.
I was thinking about the cheating thing, mainly because I've also accidentally crammed two choc digestives in my great fat cake hole of a mouth, but I wondered if some things are better to have if you cheat than others?
like a slice of ham say, which probably wouldn't knock you out of ketosis where as my choccy biccyc definately would! I'm hopeful being allowed bars after my weigh in on tues will make a big difference, going to have two shakes and save my bar for eating while watching tv in the evening.
I have also noticed if I only have the shakes I feel less hungry (not the tetras they make me ravenous lol) and its a struggle to have the recommended three, however if I have combinations of porridge (maple and pecan YUM) and soups with a shake in the evening, I spend most of the day hungry, which seriously sucks :(
anyone else noticed anything else like this?
