Have previously found SW to really suit me and got to be my slimmest ever pre DS1.
Sadly 8 weeks after arrival of DS2 I am my biggest ever and need to do something about it.
Finances and time constraints mean I can't commit to SW groups at the moment but I need to do some meal planning to get my head in SW zone.
Would really appreciate any top shopping / meal planning / snacking tips to get me off the chocolate biscuits and back on track.
