I have around 1 stone to get rid of.

I plan on doing this by eating well with good healthy filling meals THREE TIMES A DAY. no snacks!!!!!!

i don't really want to calorie count or cut out any food groups as I want to re-establish a healthy eating pattern that the dcs and I can carry on with long term.

so basic rules for me are:

don't eat crap
eat only three times a day
all meals to be nutritious and enjoyed.

I will be posting what I have eaten each day.

feel free to join. healthy/delicious recipes welcomed!!!

baked ravioli s looking good -

recipe
low fat fresh ravioli
low fat pasta sauce.
parmesan

cook ravioli as normal, put in baking dish and cover with pasta sauce of your choice, (i used tomato and red pepper), sprinkle parmesan over top and bake for 15 mins, tis smelling yummy.

going to serve with fresh spinach and tomatoes on the side.

Teaandcakeplease · 04/11/2010 20:56

Pork pies are very fatty Sov and so are Ritz crackers. Ryvita and cottage cheese would be a better option for lunch and fruit for breakfast maybe or museli?

Jacket potatos with salad and coleslaw filling or tuna and low fat mayo would be nice.

Says me who isn't dieting, just lurking! LOL Smile
