I was in a coffee shop the other day and there was a WeightWatchers leader (recognised her from when I used to go
) at the next table with a group of women to whom she was explaining the plan. I think I heard her say that there have been changes to the plan to take account of how your body processes food, and as a result fruit is now ZERO POINTS??? Can this be true? I can't see any evidence that it is true on their website, but I am fairly sure this is what she said

I have a small baby and she won't take a bottle of expressed milk so I am a bit stuck and can't go to a class at the moment, but want to rejoin - if fruit is free I might start sooner rather than later...
