Is it possible to take these tabs maybe 2/3 times weekly rather than daily? I have to titrated down on Mounjaro & would appreciate that crutch that Foundayo may provide but also desire to get off these drugs. TiA

I've just come off them for a bit and immediately lost the suppression. They obviously don't stay in your system for very long, so I think it's necessary to take them every day.

Foundayo has a 29 to 49 hour half life according to Eli Lilly the manufacturer. So half of the dose will be gone from your system in a day to two days.

I think I’d rather take the lowest dose possible daily, rather than leave 2 to 3 days inbetween doses. Just to have a more level steady state of medication rather than highs and lows all the time.
