Golden dose advice please - calculation

I have bought some syringes so that I can use the golden dose. The measurement on the syringe say 1ml, and the doses are in increments of 10.

i have a 5mg pen, and have been doing half doses from it.

can anyone tell me how many increments of 10 in my syringe would be 2.5mg?

It will be 0.3ml using the syringe to take 2.5mg out of a 5mg pen.

Ok, so be careful not to mix up the strength of the pen in mg, with the volume of liquid in a dose, which is in ml.

A normal full dose from any pen is always 0.6ml. So on your 1ml syringe, that would be the 60 unit mark, as 10 units is 0.1ml. From a 5mg pen a full 0.6ml would be a 5mg dose. If you want a half dose, so 2.5mg from a 5mg pen, then you need half of the normal dose. So 0.3ml or 30 units on your 1ml syringe.

20 clicks = 0.20ml
