Curely order still not despatched

I ordered a 2.5mg pen with Curely on Friday. Submitted pictures and had confirmation that my order was in processing.
But I am still waiting for a despatch email. Has any on else had this with them?
I emailed them yesterday for an update but still nothing.
I’ve not had this with any other providers so far!

I haven't used Curely but I have used Medicine Marketplace and they don't send an email. I just kept checking my account on their website for an update.

I'm not with Curely but last time I ordered with Bolt their app kept saying its in transit, I also didnt receive an email from Royal Mail, in the end up I downloaded the Royal Mail app, on checking, it was delivered 5 days previously! Thankfully it was still there in the shop
