Best time to start weight loss injections and eating beforehand?

I have my first pen & planning my first dose on Friday evening.

Is it best to do the dose before or after eating ? I assume I will only want to eat a very light dinner to minimise side effects?

It doesn't matter about eating before or afterwards, it's not that quick acting. It takes between 8 and 72 hours for the medication to reach peak concentration in your blood stream after injecting. You probably don't want to have eaten a giant meal, or something hugely carby, sugary and fatty but other than that I wouldn't worry about it.

Eat clean good food, if you go for too spicy/fatty/carbs you are far more likely to suffer some side effects.

It doesn’t matter really…look at it as a normal day though-don’t think ‘last supper’ and go overboard.
