Another nutracheck question

Do I need to adjust my calories manually on nutracheck or does it adjust them for me as I update my weight? I don’t use it frequently enough to notice.

I think NutraCheck should adjust your calorie target as your weight changes, as long as your profile is set up correctly, but it’s worth checking your settings rather than assuming. If you haven’t used it for a while, have a look at your current weight and calorie target and see whether they match.. Definitely update your weight regularly so the app has the right information to work from.

Thank you. I do update regularly, I use it as one of my “journey” records.

Mine didn't, but it could be because the amount it selected for me at the start was already low and I imagine there'll be a lower limit (I'm short and have a desk job)
