Anyone use an app to track MJ levels in your body that’s free?

I want to track the levels in my body - recently I did a split dose and will move to a higher dose and wanted to figure out where I’m at now but I can’t find an app or website when I can work it out for free! (I know there will be theoretical ones but I want to put in the dates and dosage I have done specifically over the last few weeks so it will be accurate to me)

There is the website https://glp1calculator.com/plotter which is interesting.

But honestly these things are toys, not for armchair pharmacology. Too many people think it gives them the info needed to mess around with split dosing/going off schedule.

I use Shotsy. I do pay for it but I know some on here use the free version. It shows a nice chart of an estimation of how much MJ you have in your system. It is always interesting to see when I'm having a day where I want to eat more. It generally matches with the dip.

The free version of shotsy will give you the information you seek.

Thanks all, @Rosetimei did download Shotsy but couldn’t get a graph on the free version? Maybe I was doing something wrong?

Go to calendar and click on the day - it tells you what level you’re at. I only have the free version

@madeinthe80z , you don't need the graph.
@NorthernEmma , has mentioned one way to get it. Another way 8s to go to Jab history... there is a small box 'Est. level' and the level is stated there.

@Rosetime@NorthernEmma thank you so much I’ve found it! Yey!

I’ve been on this journey for 18 months and only used free trackers. Started with shotsy for a long time and then also used dose diary and now I only use the latter as the graphs are free. I remember liking the graphs when I did the Shotsy trial and almost bought the app then the price shot up by 50% right at that time so i never did. It’s a useful tool for keeping track but worth remembering any daily estimates of levels are just that - estimates as everyone metabolises this at their own rate. It’s great for understanding trends and the impact of changing frequency and dose.
editing to add the link - https://www.dosediary.app/

examples of the data - I’ve found this so helpful and it’s free - no idea who made it I am not in any way associated with them i just saw it recommended on here a long time ago!
