The new pens - is it just me ? I'm having trouble

Since moving onto the new pens I am finding that there is NOT a fourth dose in it . Today I filmed it and there were only 20 clicks left. Is anyone else having this issue ? I already e mailed them and they sent me a weird video which did not help. Anyone else?

Not had any issues with the new pens. Did my fourth dose on Friday from one with no issue. It turned out to the 1 position as normal.

It's empty now as I injected the twenty clicks. I don't prime pen so not wasting any. When I start the new one I am going to photo and date each one .

I've had 4 doses out of my new pens with no problem.

You may have already had the 4 doses and miscalculated the weeks . I have definitely done that before.

I'm thinking that is a distinct possibility! I'm going to photo and mark up pics and mark on pen. Maybe I'm just being a dafty !

Ive seen this a few times.. and everytime they come back and say oh yeah I did have 4..

Try remember when u opened the pen, the date on the box give you some help.. did u open straight away? A week later etc?? .

If you took first dose day 1, day 8 is 2nd dose, day 15 is 3rd dose and it's actually 3 weeks later day 22 when you take your fourth dose which can confuse a lot of people as it only looks like 3 weeks has passed but by time your due your next new pen and dose a full 4 weeks has passed. If you don't already, I'd recommend using shotsy app, just the free version to log your doses.
