Hunger versus appetite

What are your experiences with hunger and appetite returning as the week progresses? When people describe "feeling snacky" is that due to hunger or just fancying something to eat?
My experience is that day 1 and 2 after jab, I am absolutely not hungry but can eat (e.g. at social occasion), by day 4-5 I'm more interested in food but can still go long intervals without eating. Which is appetite but not actual hunger.

Just to add, the question was aimed at MJ users, but also interested to hear the experience of others

Feeling snacky to me is where you start thinking about food again, fancying something outside of meals. Cravings essentially. if I jab on a Wednesday this comes back around late Monday.

But hunger is a physical sensation - stomach feels empty, pain almost, rumbling and twisting. I never had this on MJ.

I feel hunger, but I think that's normal...as in, I should feel hungry if I ate a tablespoon of yoghurt and some raspberries at 6 am and it's now 2pm. Surely that's your body behaving normally and telling you it's lunch time. 'Feeling snacky' is something I associate with pre-Mounjaro behaviours (for me), and I don't tend to get this. I will impulsively eat a handful of Bourbon biscuits if loitering near the tin, but I don't feel randomly 'snacky' I just feel like having a Bourbon biscuit. It's not the same mad troughing of anything to hand that I used to do, and I can put the tin back in the cupboard after a few biscuits. I am more hungry the day before jab day, but that's OK with me, too - my calorie intake balances out over the week.
